So-so quality. Was packaged poorly in just a plastic bag with no cushioning. Handles were off the item and snapped in pieces. How can I get replacement handles??? Main part of crimper is in working order, just need new handles to use it

I tried to use a quilling comb to crimp my paper. It took a very long time so I decided to buy this tool and it easy to use, sturdy and fun to make crimping paper for my quilling paper cards.
