For the price, it’s amazing. It does the job. but cleaning it is such a hassle because the metal boards don’t come off. You can’t adjust the heat level either.

It works perfectly. Not large but does fit two sandwiches at a time, so it’s good.

Handle broke after first use. If you think you are going to make thick sandwiches like the ones that are shown, think again. Simple grilled cheese and the the handle snapped right off and my husband burnt his hand. Will be sending back!!!

You're better off spending more money any buying a larger unit with heat controls. I used this unit once and probably will never use it again.
