I use a lot of shims doing renovations at the properties that we own. These break easily to size and will not crack like wood shims. Very easy to crack them by hand for the size you need. More importantly they will never rot. I'll probably never run out of these.

Description says you can stack them....not true. Because they're plastic they slip around easily, even when used to level a 1 ton A/C unit, which it what we purchased them for. The weight of the unit itself did not hold them in place. Due to what they're made of, finding something to adhere them together was literally impossible. We found 1, industrial strength glue that can be used on polypropylene and it's $200!
