We make dozens of muffins every week for our farmers market bakery stand. Using a spoon or a ladle to fill muffin tins can get messy. This tool helps with that problem. With the different aperture sizes, even muffin batters with larger inclusions like fruit pieces or chocolate chips can flow smoothly. I've tried other dispensers that clogged and became utterly useless, but this one didn't. Another bonus is that it's easy to clean - just give it a quick rinse before popping it in the dishwasher. The handle is comfortable to grip and the lever is easy to push, even for someone like me with arthritic fingers. All in all, a solid product that I would buy again.

This offers a cleaner alternative to using the typical mixing bowl or soup bowl for pancakes. I usually have a small mess after a pancake session due to the batter spilling down the sides of the bowl and onto the counter. This is so much easier and allows me to get perfectly round pancakes without the mess. It’s easy to clean and easier to use.
