Mixed feelings -- this is the best of the best if you want a telephone, answering system and FAX (generally can't get one anymore). However, it lacks the ability to block calls, which in today's crazy world, is a necessity.

The battery doesn't last very long and you never know if the battery is charged or not , the phone could stop anytime without any warning. I am not sure if I would by this product again. the sellre should carry also the ribbon. I couldn't find a good source of ribbon suppliers.

I am now aware that no manufacture makes a great multifunctional fax, answering machine, phone. When I started my business back in the 90's I purchased a great machine and got a lot of use out of it but with the way technology is these days this type of machine is not in demand anymore so the manufactures don't produce top notch products. This machine does an adequate job. I recommend it since there really isn't anything better.

This machine is more user friendly than the last Panasonic fax machine I used. I was a little disappointed that there were only 50 spaces in the phone book.

I was looking for a device that would act as a phone receptionist for a small business. I wanted it to be able to recieve messages, faxes, and be accessable for me to check messages from remote locations. It does all of that very well and much more. What impressed me the most was that while the instrument does many things, and while the instruction book is quite long, it is so well done that even I, being electronically challanged, was able to set up and program it.

if you need to send faxes it is ok, the memory seems to get overloaded if you send more than 5-6 pages. the print quality on the recieve side i have found to be on the poor side and the auto fax answer switch mode does not work with my VOIP service. the copying is ok.the phone is good, but, again, does not interact well with VOIP service and cannot indicate when i have voicemail waiting due to the internal answering machine.it comes with a rather limited print ribbon/film, so i would suggest getting an extra one if you decide on buying one of these units, and use it to recieve faxes.just about acceptable for small home office use.

This is the second Panasonic phone /fax machine I've owned. I was satified with its performance and durability. The replacement unit is smaller (that's a good thing) and it looks good too. The remote hand receiver is easy to use and the sound is clear. The instruction manual on the other hand is complex and you have to carefully read it to set up the phone. Over all I'm happy with the product.
