I’m impressed with how sturdy the screen is. Just wanted a lower cost screen to keep the puppy away from the fireplace. this one fits the need. Also easy solution for blocking a doorway or the stairs. Happy with it!

We have a big buddy heater that we use in the house to supplement the furnace heat in the winter. While our 4 cats usually avoid the small area where they CAN get singed by it, occasionally they do wander or back into that part and get a little singe on their fur. We thought this gate would prevent that and IT IS PERFECT. the tri-fold design is perfect. it sits right where it need to be where there's plenty of clearance for the gate, and the cats have no chance of ever coming into contact with the heating element. Nice and heavy too, with good mass; you'd have to have a huge dog or something to knock it over. PLEASE get this if you have a big buddy and animals in the house.

Muy buena pantalla, ha detenido una que otra brasa que sale. Es suficientemente discreta y muy rígida sin ser demasiado pesada. Excelente producto a muy buen precio (lo compré en unos $700 pesos).

This is attractive - very simple and i like that. Mine is slightly tippy and I was going to send it back but didn't get around to it. It looks fine when in place, and the slight unevenness is not that noticeable except to the person who moves it and places it back. It's also a little short for my fireplace but hight enough to keep the sparks out. It is 28 inches high and my fireplace is 34 inches high These are the two reasons i didn't give it five stars but it really is quite nice for the price.
