This was my fault as I didn’t realize this material is too thin (1/4”) for a small tortoise tabletop enclosure bedding. Her pee goes straight through this. I had thicker pad (1/2) of same material that worked ok, didn’t expect this item to be so thin. So if I continue to use I’ll probably need to find an absorbent material to put underneath.

Haven’t used it yet but it seems like it will be easy to work with for my window boxes.

Our path from drive to door gets muddy in spring, but dries by July, these are a budget and earth friendly way to keep our feet dry, and keep from “slip sliding away”.

I usually don’t write reviews unless it’s something really impressive and this falls in that category. Bought the big roll. More than enough to do 20+ big flower baskets. Quality is great. Also added landscape fabric in the bottom to keep the water in a little longer.

Ordered same liner as last year and it is much thinner material, would not recommend

This is perfect for relining our large hanging baskets. It does take a little effort to cut to size but lasts along time

I have seven 24" hanging baskets needing replacement liners. After an extensive search, I finally found some, but the cost took my breath away! I ordered this roll with the hope of figuring a way to use it. The quality is similar to most replacement liners. Some parts are heavier and some parts are thinner, but I'm sure all of it will hold dirt. Now, because I was so worried I would struggle lining my huge planters and I want to save others the worry, I'll explain how I did it. I used the old origami trick of folding the end back over itself to make a point and cutting off that doubled triangle to make a square. I then took that square and folded it in half to make a rectangle. I cut from both directions leaving a length equal to the the diameter of my planter uncut in the center. I unfolded and folded in half to make a rectangle from the other direction and cut that fold in the same manner. This left me with an intact center surrounded by 4 large triangular flaps that can be easily placed into my planter and arranged by laying one flap over the other. I folded the excess to the outside of the rim and used zip ties to secure it in several places. After cutting off the excess I was ready to plant. I'm so happy I won't have to buy replacement liners in the future. This is much more economical!

This cuts to shape nicely, just use good sharp scissors. I was also pleasantly surprised how thick the product is. Highly satisfied with it and has worked well.

I purchased several rolls to put down as temporary pathways through my back field. I cut the rolls in half lengthwise (so I got 65-ish linear feet of 18" wide pathway per roll) & laid them down last spring, before the grass had sprung up very much. They were easy to work with, went down easily, gave decent foothold and were more effective than I'd expected at suppressing weeds & grasses (I used no underlayment of any sort - I was going for fast and cheap). Eventually they will degrade beyond usefulness, but they survived the entire summer and this past winter and still hold useful pathways. It's not a really permanent outdoor pathway solution, but at about $1 per linear foot, its the most cost effective, and easy install, pathway material I've ever used.

I bought this to save money. I have 30+ hanging baskets that take cocoa liners, and while the 14" liners are very affordable from the big box home centers, I have many odd shaped and very large baskets. The odd shaped liners are impossible to find, and the large basket liners are upwards of $15 each. I bought this as a cost saver, and it was better than expected. It is very thick, which is great for the plants, but difficult to cut. However, after finding a pair of sharp metal shears (i.e., made to cut metal) in the shed, I was able to cut the mat fairly easily. Unlike the cheap, thin liners I buy in bulk for the 14" baskets, this stuff is thick and does not need any sort of moss lining. It is also more attractive on the finished basket than the cheap liners. I will definitely purchase this again next season.
