Hoses are very short and the regulators don't have a great seal and are cheaply made.

We ordered the "like new" set TWO different times, hoping that the 1st time it was just a mistake that a part was missing, but the 2nd time, all parts were there - but one had an incorrect fitting on one of the hoses. We aren't returning it since we need it, and don't have time to go through the hassle of another return, so we will just buy another piece separately to make the set work. All that to say - DON'T TRUST the "like new".

Go this for my wife for her dive gear. We have used it four times, once at 6o ft for 30 mins and the other times at 30-40 ft for up to 60 minutes. it has no problems and works well. The octo has not randomly freeflowed. my wife says she can breathe better with it than some of the higher-priced regs she has rented. the only negative is that you cannot adjust the airflow like you. can on more expensive regs.

Impressed with the apparent quality of this equipment, upon unboxing. Haven't had a chance to use it in the water yet, so must reserve final judgement until then, but it appears to be as good as anything I've ever owned, and I've been diving since 1974 and was a diving instructor (PADI/NAUI/CMAS) for 20 years.I'll keep you posted.

I purchased two for my son and his girlfriend. I’m a PADI dive master with 1000s of dives around the world. Took trip to key largo FL in Aug2021. It was cheaper for me than renting and having to return rented regulators each day. Delivered within 5 days. Easy assembly, worked as advertised for a week of diving. First stage is straight out from tank which makes connections a little bit of pain and hoses aren’t aligned smoothly over shoulder for 2nd stage and pressure gauge. But not a major problem. I kept an eye on the son/girlfriend and felt more comfortable after more dives. Overall not one problem. Which is what I expect. Not sure they will hold up over time, they are very light plastic so probably not very durable but served there purpose for me. We’ll try them again in Hawaii, let you know more later.

I bought these items because it has a great price, fortunately, it has met my expectations, during my first use dove to 70 ft it works well and had no problem with it. Compare to some other brand with a higher price, this set is the best for me. Great product with a great value!
