I really wish I could give this product at least 4 stars, but it was amazingly frustrating to put together. I bought this changing table because I liked the measurements of the drawer sizes, the number of drawers, and the overall set up and storage features of this changing table. It had minimal reviews which made me nervous, especially since the overall consensus was that it was a pain to put together, but I thought I'd give it a go.Upon opening the package a multitude of the pieces had arrived damaged. The manual says you can contact the manufacturer for new pieces if any are damaged, but considering I was 36 weeks pregnant setting this table up I didn't really feel like I had the time to do that. I will say that once the table was fully assembled the damaged parts didn't even show so it didn't really matter.The instructions were a little tricky to figure out, but more frustrating than that was the parts of the instructions that didn't make sense for how the table was weighted during assembly. During points where the table was supposed to be flipped pieces that are too heavy for the table actually came off, tearing away pieces of the pressed wood. The most frustrating part though was when I thought I had finished the table, I realized the shelf above the long drawers never got put on. I combed back through the directions just to be sure I hadn't missed a step, and sure enough, there just wasn't a step that included assembling the shelf. So I had to disassemble a good portion of the changing table to get the shelf on, naturally causing more damage to parts of the table.Now that the full table is assembled, my husband and I are very excited to use it and it seems very sturdy. But definitely head the warnings that the assembly process is not fun and highly frustrating. I did most of it by myself but there are definitely parts where this should be a 2 person job.

If I could give this zero stars I would. This this piece came with missing parts. And a lot of the pieces were damaged with scratches and scuffs marks. The instructions were poor. We are very disappointed. My husband spent a lot of time putting it together so we just didn’t have the energy to take it apart to return especially with me being eight months pregnant.

This unit had the features my daughter really wanted! For a flat-pack type dresser this had quality parts and went together well- though it took some time as it has many lock bolts. Drawers and door slide beautifully. One part arrived damaged and the customer service staff worked with me to allow for a partial refund and also sent a replacement board. I am grateful for their efforts!
