These are pretty handy for bookshelf speakers on a desk, for space saving. We tried them for studio monitors, and though they worked just fine, opted for getting actual monitor stands instead. The reason is that there was some vibration onto the desk at high volumes. Now, for non-recording use, you'd likely never notice or at least never be bothered by that. But, as studio monitors are listed right in the description, I will dock a star. Mostly because monitor pads didn't stop the wobble. Still, I would suggest these for standard speakers, just not for use in recording.

I was looking for something to get my desktop speakers off my desk, as I was running out of space, and these stands have been a great solution. I got them set up pretty quickly—they're easy to adjust and feel quite sturdy; I've got them angled just right. 🎧 The headphone holder is a nice bonus; it keeps my desk tidy. The adjustable height is also super helpful, allowing me to get the perfect listening position; the swivel function also makes it easy to adjust the speakers as needed; and I think they look pretty sleek too. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking to improve your speaker setup.

I got a set of neumi bs5's and these worked great in getting them up and off my desk and getting the drivers ear level with me sitting at my desk. I really like the construction of these, they feel really solid and have been a great upgrade to my audio experience.

These things are not sturdy at all. I set them up last night and they seemed fine, but when I woke up this morning I discovered one stand had already failed and was laying on the floor along with my $300 speaker. It pulled the molding off my desk and that stand is now trash, and I seriously hope that my speaker is not damaged.Do not purchase this.

These monitor stands are handy for getting a decent nearfield setup in place.The speaker platform is a good size and they've supplied adhesive backed,foam pads for those who want them. The platform also tilts to useful angles.Post adjustment is easily done and the posts have access holes for cabling tokeep things neat. The mounting clamp is heavy duty and easy to use.I do have one issue with the design. Connection between the lower, fixedpost and the clamp base is via a very thin and quite short screw that has beenwelded to the lower post. That connection point is exactly where lateral forceis greatest for the assembly. It looks a bit fragile.Hope this helps!

Sadly my units came a little dinged up, the packaging could definitely be improved to help ensure the paint doesn't get as marred or the platforms bent like they were in my case. All in all though, a nice said of monitor stands, hold my Kantos up great, and free up some more ever fleeting desk space!
