Not the same size as factory thread on 1986 Monte Carlo. Quality feels cheap compared to oem ones. These don’t use spade terminals like OEM, so you would need to cut off factory door switch wire terminal ends and put correct end on that works with these.

Fairly cheap construction. Functional for now. I'm not convinced it will hold up well.If it isn't obvious, it's a single wire design that relies on the door frame to source ground.
