After installing properly, the unit caused all sorts of warning lights and disabled several features of the vehicle. The start/stop was disabled, cruise control no longer worked, lane keep assist and front assist we’re both disabled. The unit did change the responsiveness of the throttle but caused way too many problems.

This product is cheaper than competitors, simple to install, and results are immediate. I installed in my 2014 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro back in March this year when the car was stock and it made a world of a difference. These cars feel sluggish off the line, whether that’s roundabouts, stop lights or stop signs. But with this little device that is plug and play, the car really wakes up. It doesn’t tune or add any power, but it allows you to actually use the power that the car comes with. Having different modes that you can adjust makes it easy to cater to your driving style and if you want to save gas and go back to regular driving it’s as simple as pressing the button. I recently went stage 2 with the car, so I don’t use it as much as I used to, but for anyone that is interested in using the tuning or making more power, I’d recommend trying this first to see what your car is capable as it is. The results for the price is simply unmatched. I find it crazy that other brands will charge $300+ for something so simple when this product does it for the price of a tank of gas. The only flaw I can find with this product (which isn’t that bad giving the price) is the sticky tape on the back. Don’t expect this to stick to any surface longer than a day. Go to the store and get some strong double sided sticky tape, remove the tape on the original part, and it will never move or fall again. Remember to always clean the surface you plan to stick to if you want it to stay there with no issues. I recommend this product anytime someone brings up adding more power to their car, but are on a budget. It doesn’t increase the power as it isn’t a tune or remap, but it sure wakes the car up. 5 out of 5 from me months after using this product.

I have a modified Passat 1.8 TSI I am pushing 350 hp,,she is fast,,adding this,,makes her scary. This controller is next level. Throttle response is amazing and adjustable. Race setting is like warp speed. Your tires will spin. I wish I did this mod first becasue it takes any and all lag out of your car. 10 min install. Best money I spent. Makes such a difference that will put on every car I own. It doesn't add power it just allows real time power access. Full power right now. Quality is outstanding. I went from skeptic to fanatic.

Super easy to install, simple to operate/adjust levels, worth every penny. Suffered with pedal lag for years and didn't want to drop $300 on a name brand. Not racing or sporting, just wanted rid of the terrible pedal lag. During testing it seems it would work fine for sporting or racing but I'm not about putting tires on every 6 months! Ended up on F2.4 (sport level 4), most likely will end up at F2.2 as its tough to feather the pedal to pull out in dirt or hard right turn pulling out without spinning the tires, it's literally like adding a bunch of off the line horse power. Adjustable for automatic or manual transmissions, mine is a 6 speed double clutch automatic in a 2.0L turbo and this is the best compliment to the car/motor I could have ever added for $75 bucks and 10 minutes to install!!

So I own a 2021 VW Jetta R-Line. It has the 1.4 L turbo so nturally it has that "turbo lag" which kinda sucks in the city when the only way you get anywhere is by driving like a balloon knot. So I bought this thing. Install was stupid easy. Just like so many things in life you just gotta take the wires and shove them somewhere they won't get in the way and test it out. Boy, let me tell you. It got like 5 modes. Fast, really fast, and unusable. Plus ECO and NO (stock throttle). So really only 3 cause like.. why. The Jetta gets 30-40 MPG. you don't need ECO. fast (1.5-1.9) is good enough. 1 inch travel it equal to peddle to the metal. Really fast (2.5-2.9) is like .5 inch travel for Mach 5. Unusable (3.5-3.9) is only a sneeze away from blowing the turbo. I usually keep it on NO to get the normal gas but Fast to do everything else.

Installed it on my 2015 Audi a4 but unfortunately it didn’t do anything. I even unplugged it and plugged it in twice went through all the modes and went for a long test drive with stop and go acceleration and felt 0 difference. It sucks because the price is reasonable and I waited almost a week to get it and to my surprise none of the modes made any difference. Even tried recalibrating the device.

I drive a 2009 Audi A3 2WD 2.0T with a 6 speed manual, and I have always hated the feel of the drive-by-wire throttle on the car. It's vague, non-linear, and lacks the kind of response you expect from throttle input. It makes the engine feel sluggish until you really put your foot into it, and I hated it. I read in forums about these types of throttle commanders and thought I would give this one a try. I've found that on its lowest "enhanced" setting (F1.1), the throttle feels more like a cable-driven throttle that responds immediately and proportionately to pedal input. Settings much higher than F1.5 start to make the car feel a bit jerky if you aren't diligent about throttle input smoothness. One the Race settings the car become basically undriveable. My car is lightly modified with an APR intake and APR Stage 1 tune. The more aggressive modes may feel better on a stock car. I have been using this product for about a month now and am 100% satisfied with it. It truly transformed the terrible pedal feel and unresponsiveness into snappy and eager throttle response. I won't be mounting my controller, but instead I will be hiding the controller under the dash, by the firewall. I'm not going to ever change the setting now that I found the setting I prefer, which is F1.1. That setting feels like the perfect compromise between throttle responsiveness and smoothness. Really made my car come alive. After this upgrade, a dog-bone insert, and getting rid of the clutch delay valve it's starting to offer an improved driver's experience.
