I returned it. It’s just way too heavy. It was for school, but I wouldn’t even want to carry that weight.

I’m circling back around to write this review because we love this product so much. This is probably our fourth maybe fifth lunchbox by this brand. We usually get a new one every year for my son because we love the design and the in wall ice packs that help his lunch stay cold and fresh until lunchtime. I’m able to send yogurt and fresh fruit without any worry of his lunch getting warm. I love how the inside is waterproof vinyl that’s wipeable and easy to keep clean. We like the patterns, my sons in fifth grade and doesn’t want anything too flashy so the black one was perfect for us this year. We’ve never had one rip open and any issues with ice packs, even though my son definitely throws them around when he shouldn’t. Durable and as described, I can’t recommend these enough for any age group.

This is really a great buy! It’s collapsible and very easy to store in the freezer. When my child comes home from school, this is still very cold inside. It is extremely easy to clean. Once clean, just zip it up flat again and put it in the freezer. Great product!

It works really well. My son enjoys bringing his lunch to school and it keeps it fresh for him. It’s easy to wipe down and freeze again for the next day. I recommend.

These are great alternatives to an ice-pack in the lunch bag. The last time an ice pack fell out of the freezer on my foot- I was like there has to be an easier way. These are an insulated soft sided option, you just stuff the whole bag in the freezer. It does work, things stay cold ( my kids have even returned home from school with things like yogurt, that they didn’t eat during lunch, and it’s still cold).Keep in mind: whatever shape these are frozen in, is what you are working with in the morning- So try to keep them flat.Likewise, I trust these for school lunch (say cold temp for up to 5 hours) But this is not the same as a cooler. Outdoor events/ All day activities you might opt for something more serious. From day one- Wipe them out daily. In a pinch I have washed these inside out in a lingerie bag and air dried- but I don’t recommend it- you don’t want to tear the lining, and they come out of the wash like a soggy diaper.Check your bento box size. The boxes and containers from sistema fit perfectly. You might want to consider using containers- soft sides + kids + backpacks = crumbs and smashed lunch.I don’t mind using the containers and keeping these clean, but consider that first. Otherwise, I recommend this brand especially.

So, wasn't sure about this until after I used it. It does as advertised, and the internal cold pack can be placed directly in freezer. This will keep food cold and fresh without need to add an ice pack. However, this makes it heavier than normal lunchbox, but also slightly reduces the storage area. Also, can be flattened to save room in freezer. No quality issues after 2 months of use.

I have been using them for years now and this is my second one to send my son’s lunch to school. They are amazing and so easy to use and wipe clean. They don’t leak and stay cold for hours at the beach or pool. Must buy!

I highly recommend this product! Its a great size, it freezes well and keeps food cold for a long time during our outings. It's been perfect for our toddler when we're on the run and I don't have to remember to include ice bricks. This has been one of our best buys.

You don’t have to put freezer PACs in it because they are in the walls of the lunch box. Only one complaint, I wish it was just a bit bigger.

I was in the market for a new lunch bag and was talking to my coworker about it. He told me about this bag. He had just bought it a week ago. What I liked about it is that you don't need to use ice packs with it since the packs are built in to the top and bottom. At first I wasn't to crazy about it until I found out that the bag collapses and fits in the freezer. Once I saw that I was excited lol. I take the bag out of my freezer at about 8am and put my food in it. I leave the bag on my desk, I work in an office setting. The bag is still cold until about 2pm, no kidding! Its big enough to fit a 4inch tall container. I have put a sandwich and can of soda in it and it fits great. Its not the biggest bag but is a good size bag for one meal in my opinion.

Great lunchbox and good size for a teenager. Nice to have the ice pack built in. I put it in the freezer the night before then pack lunch in the morning and the food is still cold at noon. It collapses down when not in use but is a touch heavier they your average lunchbox.

Keeps lunches cold and durable AF for rough and tough kids. We use this for our kid's lunch bag and it takes a beating. Have had it for 2 months now, and nothing effects it.Edit - It is now Dec. 2020 and I wanted to update everyone to say this lunchbag is awesome and still holding up and really great quality. Nothing is broken at all.
