Very difficult to put together. The floor did not screw down and we gave up on the flapper. We put rocks in the bottom to hold the floor and box down. Not sure if the wind will blow the whole thing away. Carriers will just have to drop the packages down onto the rocks. Should suit our purposes, but again what about the wind.

This could've been a 5 star, the product is good, well built, strurdy and secure. It lost 2 stars because it is a headache to assemble. Take your time and do your best to follow the picture book instructions.Some of the problems/frustrations...~Like another review stated, start with your own screwdriver, the little one in the kit is barely a toy.~The description claims there is an assembly video, I never found it.~I also couldnt figure out where part H goes, doesnt seem to be missing anything and all functions fine, again the piture book of insructions is a little lacking in details.~I found not only extra screws in the package, which is typical and handy, but I also found extra parts that were not on the parts list or in the instructions anyplace. So extra parts and screws types that didnt belong to this kit.~The kit comes with cement anchors, but NO INSTRUCTION as to what size manson bit you need or how to install them. I would have preferred anchor holes to mount down to the cement walkway, but the only option is 4 precut holes on the back, so I need to find someplace to mount it through the back.~There are NO instruction about how to set the lock to your own personal code, it comes set to "000". There is a tiny QR code on the back of the lock mechanism, and it takes you to a website with instruction on how to reset your person 3 digit code.... but it is entirely in CHINESE.More clear and complete ENGLISH instructions required and it would be a 5 star review.

This storage box is PERFECT for us! I couldn't be happier with it. It is very sturdy, well made, and protects everything inside. Even our mailman complimented it. Highly recommend!It comes package very well and includes all the parts needed to assemble - including the screwdriver. (Though you may find using a drill / driver speeds things up some.) The box was very easy to put together. However, I do suggest watching the video that is on the listing BEFORE attempting to assemble the box. I actually screen recorded it so I could watch it at a slower speed which was most helpful.While it was easy to assemble (I put it together by myself), it did take a little bit of time. I'd suggest planning to assemble it in a large area where you can unpack everything and will have room to work - ideally on a carpeted area or on a rug - as it makes it easier to move the box around while attaching parts without damaging the box the way it would if you were to assemble it outdoors on a sidewalk / driveway / concrete / pavement, etc.I personally followed the included paper instructions and the only thing I'd recommend doing OUT of order... is installing the "brackets" (that connect the lid and the flapper) BEFORE you install the flapper's spring pins. The video shows it in this order, but the paper instructions have you install the brackets AFTER installing the flapper -- and it is much easier to install the brackets BEFORE installing the flapper.I had to communicate with the seller about a few things and they were very responsive and very helpful.Don't be alarmed if you receive more screws / pins that needed... they included a few extras, just in case.10/10 Recommend!

We were tired of worrying about our packages being left outside if we weren’t home. This is the solution. It has an entry at the top for Amazon, UPS or Fed Ex to put the packages and we have a special code to lock and unlock it. Now we we don’t have to worry about rain, snow or thieves. Plus it matches our house which was the icing on the cake.

At first, this was the most difficult thing I had ever started to put together. After I snapped the screw driver it came with, I switched to my own, real screw driver and then it became super easy. Save yourself the trouble and just start with a big one. If you’ve put together ikea furniture then you’ll be able to assemble this. I couldn’t figure out where to put the H piece as the instructions weren’t clear on that part. I stuffed a little bit of styrofoam in the door to soften the closure so it made the door stick out a little bit which you can see in the picture, so it’s not the metal that’s bent. Just put it out today so we will see how the packages do! Hoping it’s enough of a deterrent that my stuff isn’t stolen again.
