These ice picks are so great. No worries about reaching into a drawer and getting hurt! The size is perfect for my uses. The are really pretty in their wooden cases and they are sharp! I may order more for stocking stuffers.

I'd assumed an ice pick of any kind would be better than one of my wife's kitchen knives, but this is way beyond - quality construction, great feel, and chops through clumped up chunks of welded together ice chips with ease. Plus I got 2 in one order. The accompanying wood case for both ice picks is not only attractive, but provides a nice safe feeling. Great price for the set of two.

These ice picks are great for small chunks of ice. They are thick and sturdy, so there's little concern that they will bend/break. The screw-in holding case is a nifty safety feature, too!

These are sturdy and very nice quality. I have purchased others that were longer, which might be better for some applications, but for just chipping ice for craft cocktails or breaking apart a frozen “log jam” in the ice maker, these work fine. I’ve given these as stocking stuffers in the past. A helpful tool many don’t have anymore.

I like that it has a sheeth that holds the pick so it doesn't get dirty or gross. It's just ready to break up ice. Also looks nice and seems well made. Not a cheap thing that will fall apart.

It works, but I had a really hard time opening it. First, I couldn't even tell how it was suppose to open.I tried to screw it open using those rubber things that you open jars with. No luck. 🤨 Then, I beat it on the ground trying to figure out which side it opened on. It finally started to separate on one side between the wood handle and the brass. I then just worked it back and forth and gripped each side and turned it as hard as I could. Still, it would not open. 😖 Finally, I threw it hard, on the floor and picked it up and just looked at it. 🤔 By chance really, it showed a small crack in the middle of the brass. I mean no bigger than a hair. Then I unscrewed it! I'm telling you there was no space in the middle of that brass piece. It looked like a solid piece of metal! 😲 On the plus side,it can take a beating, and it looks good. Ps. It was a 2 pack and I still have not gotten the second one opened! Ha ha ha! Oh, and I never put the cover back on again... 🙃
