I got this for my preschooler, as she’s used to a dark room at home and that’s not always available when we travel. We have an inflatable travel bed for her and I thought it’d work together. I left it in the closet for a while, since we weren’t able to travel due to illnesses. I just set it up in the living room to test it out. My daughter is loving playing “night camping”, but as I type I’m stuck in the tent while my daughter runs around. There isn’t a zipper pull inside, so if it’s put all the way down from the outside, it’s impossible to open from the inside. There was a time I would appreciate that- keeping my toddler contained- but not being able to get out on her own isn’t ok. If you’re using this with a crib, it’ll be great, but without a double zipper, this is not good for toddler/preschooler.Otherwise, well constructed and easy to set up. Fits easily into a bag a little bigger than a yoga mat. Screens are breathable, though it becomes a bit stuffy when totally zipped with windows closed (as it is now).

Tent comes in a convenient carrying bag, which actually is an appropriate size to fit the tent. I'm never going to be a fan of silkscreening these absurd and meaningless company names on everything, it looks so tacky to me and this pack would be classier without it, but it's just a bag. The tent assembly isn't much harder than opening a camping chair, which is critically important for a mom with a cranky baby. The material is reasonably thick and provides an adequate amount of darkness inside.

It is small and portable. It is very easy to setup and get ready. No fumbling around with rod to put together and losing pieces. It does take some getting use to opening and closing. I get my fingers jammed a bunch of times. The side openings do have gaps for a little light to pass through, but not a deal breaker. I only use this for traveling and it has been very important.Cleaning this is a pain. Taking the cover off the rods and putting it back on; took me over an hour. Try not to get it dirty.

The darkness inside the tent does supply a calming element that allows the child to still be within the vicinity of a parent or caregiver so voices can be heard and the child doesn't feel closed off and isolated, yet still has the safe cocoon of the darkened tent enclosing them and giving a sense of security. It assembles very quickly and is nice in that the pack n play cribs can fit inside as well as a crib sized mattress that can be used on the floor for older toddlers. Reasonable price also.

This really does block out light. It helps with keeping my baby napping. One thing I do not like is it is not really breathable. When I put my son down for his nap with this over his mattress, he is sweating within 30minutes. It is not very breathable imo. Other than that, this tent sets up quite easily and helps facilitate a routine sleep schedule. I initially planned to take this with us on a trip so my son could nap while I did some work with the lights on. Unfortunately, this wasn't as compact as I thought and having to lug this heavy thing around with my luggage was difficult.

Overall this product is game-changer! It is literally like a tent, easy to put up, easy to travel with, and provides a total black-out for the pack n play. It makes room-sharing when traveling a breeze. It also has super easy access points to be able to peek into the packnplay without unzipping the whole thing. Definitely recommend!

This is such an awesome addition to the Pack & Play that I have at my house for my grandkids! I love that you can use it with the little ones and give them the sense of being in their own little room when they are still nearby. It’s also perfect for when my kids come to visit and they stay in the same bedroom with the baby. This tent is simple to set up, and it fits perfectly around the Pack & Play. I love that it adds a layer of privacy and comfort in the space, while keeping things safe and calming for the baby.
