Ordered one of these jacks because of a quick Prime delivery to replace my failed Fulton 4500 lb rated swivel jack. One would think that a 4500 lb rated jack would work for a long time. It failed within three years. Jack screw on original jack would not extend mid-range under no load. As I rarely use a jack on my boat trailer, but needed a new one....ordered it (Pacific Rim MJ-1500BBX-DWL.) Packaging was good and all parts were included. Mounting plates allow for a variety of tongue dimensions (mine is 3'x4") As the boat trailer was already hitched to the truck, installation was easy with a trusty ratchet wrench and open end wrench. Locking nuts have plastic inserts. Put the mounting plates with the extra holes on the bottom during assembly to minimize projects on the upper side of the tongue. The handle went on easy with a keyed insert. Works great. Jack enabled me to get the trailer of the hitch for servicing. Corrosion treatment (zinc) appears good and the unit operates smoothly. Coated the exterior of the unit with WD-40 post- installation and moved on to another project. Hint: adjust the jack to proper height during installation of the mounting bolts, it makes it easier to adjust during assembly. Time to remove and replace with the new jack was about twenty minutes with hand tools. Very easy installation.I'm happy with this purchase. Thank You!

love it, its amazing how much easier it is to move around with the second wheel, also the bracket is low on it witch makes it easier to rotate it under if your driveway is uneven like mine
