Lightweight. Soft fleece. Good for dry cold weather. Avoid wet, rainy hikes. They will soak up water and make you miserable.Super warm and flip top is good for phone scrolling.

Material is thinner than I thought it would be. The size is correct. They were a bit snug, but they stretched a tiny bit as I used them yesterday. They were great. They didn't slip on the shovel handle at all and not tight after a couple min at all. They are nife and warm and my hands didn't sweat. The mitten part was easy to put on and take off.

I bought the mittens to wear when outside doing chores. My fingers were getting cold in my gloves and I thought mittens would be warmer. I liked the fact that these mittens open on top for finger access. I have been wearing the mittens in 20 degree weather and they are not very warm. The material is a light weight fleece and not made for very cold weather. They should be fine if the weather is above freezing. The finger access is a nice addition. The quality is average and the mitten is not waterproof.

I lost the right hand mitten of these. Just had to replace them. They are THE BEST mittens/gloves I’ve ever owned. The convertible mitten stays pulled back with a tough Velcro strip. I never liked dealing with the button and loop design mittens.So I can get to my fingers fast on either hand, the mitten top stays out of the way immediately. Dog poop bags, sorry if TMI.Oh, and the convertible thumbs are great too.Now I’m more willing to go on longer walks with my dog on these relentlessly cold Boston days.Well-made, thick, windproof, soft and warm. I don’t want to lose this pair, lol!I’ll keep them handy(pun intended.)

I used these for my trip to NYC and they did a great job keep my hands warm. Gloves fit nicely and great to be able to use your fingers. Velcro is not the greatest to keep the mitten held down, but wouldn’t want them to be to hard to flip back and forth.

Part of my job includes inspecting fuel pumps and entering data into an iPad. These gloves keep my hands warm while I'm working and I'm still able to use the touch screen. I like that the ends of the fingers are nice and snug so cold air doesn't leak into the glove. Another nice feature is the thumb flap. I can just open that and leave the finger cover on for extra warmth. They are just fleece, however, so not for wet weather use.

These were exactly what I needed to keep my hands warm while walking my dogs in the winter. Good fit and keeps my fingers covered while walking and then easily pull back the flap for when I have to scoop the poop and tie the bag closed. Going to buy another pair to have as back up.

Definitely a dry weather glove. But it's an excellent light duty glove. I can tinker around the house and yard in relative comfort. They are slim and fit well. The mitten function keeps fingertips warm without excessive bulk.

I have found these gloves/mittens surprisingly useful. They are very well designed - I didn't think I would need the thumb flap but even after 2 days I've already used it several times. It slips back on very well after being opened.According to the measurements given, a small should have worked for me but I found that the seam that holds the mitten part to the glove part narrowed the width of that part of the glove to be uncomfortably tight for me. I ordered a replacement medium and it is working great.I was worried that my fingers might get cold because, after all, its not a closed mitten. But that hasn't been a problem so far. And I found that a small rechargeable hand warmer fits cross-wise inside the mitten part in a way that seems like it isn't likely to fall out so I'll have something to warm my fingers on a really cold day.
