This is my second Ozari opener and it's operation isn't as smooth as my old opener which I have used for several years, but still removes corks with no trouble. Can't remember when I purchased my last Ozari opener, but after multiple years of use the battery finally became pretty much out of juice. So it was time for a new unit. The foil remover in the new unit is sharper and cuts great. The cork removal is fantastic. With my arthritis, this opener couldn't get much better. Very happy with this purchase. Oh, I almost forgot: The charging system changed and is more robust.

This works better than some other brands I have tried. For tough corks you have to grip the opener hard

This is my second - bought my first about 8 years ago! It still worked, but figured the battery was losing power over the years.. Love the new burgundy one. BTW, gifted two of these to friends and they are very pleased. Definitely recommend you buy this brand!

We bought a second opener identical to our first one because we are afraid the first one will break down. It still runs like new after 4 years though.

We LOVE this wine opener. It really needs to be charged and is simple to charge when it does need it. We liked it so much we bought one for our lake house and subsequently have purchased it for several wine lovers! you will not be disappointed in this opener.

This little device works very well and is easy to use. This was my second time ordering this brand. I orderd one years ago and lost the charging cable. The old one used the mini barrel charging cable, which I couldn't find online so I decided to order a new one. Thankfully, the newer version comes with the standard type "C" charging cable, so I don't have to worry about how to charge it if I were to misplace the cable again. The charge on this thing lasts forever which is probably why I misplaced the cable before. This time I ordered the pretty wine color....it looks so sophisticated. I love this thing!
