I have had three pairs of different sized stainless steel Oxo Tongs Good Grips for years. I needed tongs with Silicon ends for my Air Fryer so I bought the Oxo Good Grips Tongs again. They are not cheap, but very strong, heat resistant, easy to use and dishwasher safe. A very good buy!

I'm really glad I got these. They're so much better than using a spatula with sausages. We've a ceramic griddle so these tips are a must.The build is nicer than I thought it would be. I thought it would be ok, but this is nice. Oxo seems to make nice products we like consistently.

Purchased these to remove hot sterilized glass bottles from my steamer. These work super well and grip the glass very well. I’ve used other silicone tongs and they functioned poorly for the job. As always very pleased by this oxo product, very well made and high quality

Queste pinze da cucina costano un po' più della media (pagate poco meno di 20 €, versione da 30 cm), ma valgono sicuramente il loro prezzo.A differenza di ogni altra pinza che mi sia capitato di maneggiare queste hanno una costruzione decisamente più solida e danno idea di essere molto resistenti; il dettaglio per me più importante sono le punte in silicone: esse non sono interamente in silicone, ma il silicone è una copertura delle sottostanti estremità in acciaio. Questo fa sì che le teste siano leggermente più spesse della maggior parte delle altre pinze di questo tipo (quindi un po' meno comode per maneggiare elementi molto sottili, come un singolo fagiolino o una fettina sottilissima di carne), ma permettono di gestire con efficacia i tagli grandi e pesanti, risultando perfette per gestire ad esempio bistecche fiorentine da oltre un chilo, pollame intero, arrosti e via dicendo.In conclusione, per i lavori su piccoli elementi ci sono sicuramente altre pinze più comode e agili, ma per gestire medi e soprattutto grandi tagli (su materiale delicato come una copertura antiaderente di una teglia) queste pinze sono eccezionali e trasmettono un'assoluta sicurezza nella presa degli alimenti e nella loro movimentazione.Buono anche il meccanismo di chiusura e l'impugnara antiscivolo, nel complesso consigliatissime.-Nota finale- Della stessa marca vi è una versione molto simile, ma con teste in nylon: a differenza del modello qui rencensito, le teste non dovrebbero essere in acciaio ricoperto, ma interamente in materiale plastico rendendole più sottili e precise, ma inevitabilmente suppongo (non le ho mai provate dal vivo) anche meno solide e resistenti. A mio giudizio sul taglio più grande, da 30 cm, la solidità è un grande valore aggiunto, alcuni però potebbero anche preferire le teste più sottili e precise, soprattutto per la versione più corta da 20-22 cm (che in genere si usa su alimenti più piccoli e leggeri); come detto non le ho mai testate, ma credo che qualitativamente siano anch'esse prodotti di ottimo livello come le altre pinze della Oxo.

Een erg goed uitgevoerde tang, Degelijk en handig in gebruik. Ik gebruik de tang erg veel in de keuken en bij de BBQ. Het is zonder overdrijven de beste tang die ik tot nog toe heb gehad. Na een paar weken gebruik ook meteen de tang zonde siliconen erbij besteld. Dat zegt genoeg over de kwaliteit mag ik aannemen.

First impressions: High quality 12 inch metal locking tongs that won’t scratch cookware.OXO has never disappointed me and these OXO Good Grips 12-Inch Tongs with Black Silicone Heads continue to impress. I had a pair of OXO metal tongs in the past without the Silicone and was very happy with them however I was always concerned with using them with certain cookware because I was afraid they may scratch the nonstick coating. These Tongs with the Silicon are just as good as my other ones but I can use them when I cook with my nonstick pans without worrying about scratches. The silicone seems to be high quality and work perfectly at any temperature my stove top can reach. They have an easy lock/unlock feature that can be used one handed. The 12 inch is the perfect size for using in the kitchen with most pots/pans.Conclusion:They are easy to use easy to grasp food with precision. They won’t scratch pots/pans and do not melt when working with high temperatures. Easy to clean and store. They are well designed and function exactly as you expect them to function. I would recommend these to anyone who likes to cook and enjoys high quality cookware.
