This pack of brewing supplies was exactly what I needed. I am trying to move onto the next level of homebrewing and decided trying to balance acids and tannins would be a good next step. I also wanted to make a wine with only whole fruit and no additional water, so I needed pectic enzyme to break down the fruit a little bit. Apart from it being a little bit on the pricey side, it is convenient and a great starter kit.

Order this to start making any type of wine without a big investment. Comes in the packaging pictured. Good way to get acid blend, pectic enzyme and wine tannin which you need to make wine from grapes or any fruit.

It is cheaper to buy this three pack than to get one individually, so why not; the others will run out eventually. All three are essential for wine making. Two of them have zippers which is nice to preserve; not sure why the tannin doesn't.

I used this to make my apple wine. This was the first time that I made wine so I did some online research on what I needed and decided to purchase this. I assume it worked great because my first batch of wine came out with 13% alcohol content and has received many compliments. Use this and follow basic wine making instructions and you will get a great wine that is much cheaper than what you can buy.

I've made plum wine before, but this time I tried the tannin, and it made my wine way better, with a hint of bottom-end and just a way more 'professional' flavor. This is the first time that my plum wine is drinkable so soon. Don't get me wrong, it will be better after sitting bottles for a year, but it's hard to not drink them RIGHT NOW. I will never make plum wine without the tannin again.The enzyme and acid blend apparently did the trick, too. LOL.
