I have a generic filter pitcher from walmart. These fit perfectly. Getting even generic ones in stores was getting way to pricey. Priced great. Works just like a brita filter . Will be getting more soon.

Initially, some of the water leaked out of the filter. But since the second time, no leakages. Been using it for about 2 weeks and no sediments. Water tastes like bottled water. Soak in tap cold water for 3 times before placing it in the pitcher.

I saved significant money buying this multi-pack of generic filter refills for my Brita water pitcher, rather than buying the name brand filters. The taste seems to be comparable to the name brand. The only truly noticeable difference seems to be in the amount of time it initially takes to filter the water. Unlike the name brand, you need to soak these filters in a bowl of cold water for five minutes before you install them, and you're supposed to wait for the bubbles to come out of the filter before you put them in the water pitcher. Just as with the name brand filters, you need to discard the first three pitchers full, and this is to prepare and clear harmless charcoal dust from the filter. Even with the first few drinkable refills, the filter was extremely sluggish and slow to process the water. After those first few drinkable refills, I saw the bubbles escaping from the top of the filter, and now the filter seems to work as quickly and efficiently as the name brand. So, be patient if you run into the same issue. It should resolve. So far, I would highly recommend this product. Grade: A-
