The photos I will provide here show the shelf setup as I'm currently using it. I chose to use my shelf unit in my bedroom instead of in the bathroom. You will see that it is up against my wall with another shelf unit to one side of it. Due to the fairly large space of no shelves, nothing but it's legs in the lower half of the unit, I have also chosen to integrate this shelf with another seperate shelf unit that is very short. For me, this saves some floor space while adding the missing shelves back into that empty region. I mention this here because I don't want anyone to mistake the 2nd shorter shelf as being part of this shelf unit.Buyers should definitely have at least 1 other person present to help with the assembly. I ended up having to do the assembly all by myself. As a disabled person with spine issues, plus tendon issues in my wrists and hands, it took great effort on my part, way too much physical strain, and way too much time. While my own disability conditions made the process much harder for me than it would have been for most others, I also believe that it won't exactly be that easy for others, either. Therefore, I would not recommend doing the assembly alone, if it can at all be avoided. The entire shelf is made of metal, which is black in color. Once assembled, the framework is, of course, the thickest and strongest part. It is heavy-duty, and won't crack, bend or twist when kept within normal use or circumstance. There are little screw-in feet included for the shelfs 4 legs. With all 4 feet properly installed, the shelf does stand straight, flat, and stable. It shouldn't wobble, either, so long as the surface it rests on is also straight, flat, and stable. It is worth noting, though, that the shelf unit as a whole is not that deep. If placed perfectly flat against a stable wall, it only extends out from the wall by not more than a foot. This is due to the nature of this shelf's intended purpose, as described in the product listing. There is, afterall, only so much space available for a shelf unit to be placed between a typical toilet and the wall. If this trait does somehow become an issue for the shelf's stability, such as if it's placed on a slightly less flat or stable surface ( like thick carpet or in a houseboat ), then there are a couple of small anchor straps included, which are meant for adding extra stability for the shelf. There are several wire grid baskets as the shelves. The only issue I see with these baskets is thier wire grid design, but not for lack of strength. Once installed correctly, they are stable and reasonably strong. Not as strong as solid metal would be, of course, but still plenty strong enough. Rather, the issue is 2-fold.First, is that all the gap spaces between the wire rods of the grid. Depending on the items stored on them, there is some chance of items slipping between or through those gaps. Second, is that only one side has a short ledge while the opposing side does not. This design creates some chance of items rolling or sliding off the basket, depending on the item type and how the shelf is positioned against the wall. The shelf does come with several small hooks that hang off the sides of the shelves. They are for hanging other light-weight items, such a small sponge on a string. And of course, all the bits needed for assembly are included. Even a little wrench. Due to these traits, and any issues mentioned here, being directly related to this shelf's intended purpose, these are not design flaws, and no stars are minused.5 out of 5 stars.

I ordered the IFELS Over The Toilet Storage Rack for some extra bathroom storage, and while it does the job, it's not the most attractive shelving. I went with the white color to match my bathroom's scheme, but I can't help but feel that the black would have looked better. The white version feels a bit cheap. I wish there were other color options like grey, silver, or nickel that could offer a more refined look. On the plus side, the rack is very functional and provides great extra storage for my bathroom essentials. It fits perfectly in my space, and I love the extra room for towels, toilet paper, and miscellaneous items. The assembly could have gone better (there were a lot of parts). The instructions were fairly straightforward and the bars are built with holes on both sides so you can't screw up front/back. But they don't provide any caps for the extra holes, so you see them all throughout the shelving. The shelves also aren't perfectly flush, and the middle shelf bows slightly. Also, the rear supports on the bottom of the rack need to be assembled over the toilet, which can be tricky depending on your plumbing and dexterity. We were not able to install the bar at the very bottom because our pipe was right there. With all the extra holes in the unit, they could have tried to provide additional holes at the bottom so you can move the bar up or down a couple inches. We will need to get a metal punch so we can install the bar later. For the price, it’s an acceptable rack – it works and provides the storage I needed, but the aesthetics and assembly experience were not the best. If your decor allows, get the black version instead of white because the holes and overall look seem more high end.

This rack is functional but noticeably cheap looking. There's nothing wrong with it in terms of it getting the job done but you can just tell this is inexpensive. What I mean is that some parts don't exactly line up correctly, some parts are dented in the box, and there are large amounts of connectors that you can see. That said this is a working shelf. I ended up not using it for a toilet rack. I ended up using it in a laundry room with a laundry basket in the place of the toilet. My bathroom has a chair rail and I could not get this to sit as close to the wall as I liked so the rack sat too far out from the wall for my liking. When you open this box it seems like there are a million parts, but once you look at the directions you realize its not that complicated. There are just a lot of leg parts that have to be put together. The problem is with so many connections some will not fit together completely straight. Most of the shelves also connect in the middle so I would not over load this rack or expect items to sit flat in the middle of the shelves. When you assemble this the rear supports on the bottom of the rack need to be assembled in place over the toilet. In most cases the toilet plumbing will not allow this rack to be positioned with the bottom supports fully assembled. That said you will absolutely need to use those supports to ensure this is structurally sound. For the price this is an acceptable rack. It will work as advertised.
