First it didn’t have the right plug, second it blow the fuse in our apartment, which nothing else has done in 15 years. The steam came out of the side and left puddle.

Jusqu'au déballage tout allait bien jusqu'à m'apprécie que la prise est américaine, donc achat en plus d'adaptateurs. Après réception des adaptateurs, remplissage d'eau déminéralisée afin d'éviter le calcaire, s'allume , chauffe, fait le job pendant 10 mn et la ... Plus rien . Ne s'allume plus ... Vraiment très déçu.... Je ne le recommande pas du tout .

I’ve had a steam mop for years. It recently quit working. I bought this one because it was inexpensive compared to most on here, plus I like the triangle head. .It works great. Steams hot and does an awesome job of cleaning the floors.I only wish the cord was a little longer, but would buy again.

This product is JUNK. Save yourself time & get a different brand. I bought this mop in January & it’s never worked right. It will not let steam out. It doesn’t heat up. I’ve reached out & no one will even reply. It’s false advertising, stating it comes with two mop heads. Only received one. Not to mention the incredibly short cord. That was very inconvenient. This mop is nothing but a waste of money, time, and energy. Its simply just another item in my house for me to have to move, and clean around. ZERO/5🌟

I've had a couple of these through the years: I like it because of the small swivel head, it's easy to get it into confined corners etc. But they used to come with two pads as described and a small measure cup to know how much water to put in the tank to fill it. This one came with one cleaning pad and no measure cup, I guess they raised the price and reduced what you get for your money... It works fine for me, a small place. It's not for large houses though, it's too small and it will take forever.

This isn't a heavy duty steam mop. You can't put much pressure on it while mopping. It only came with one pad instead of the two as advertised. You have to continuously add water while you're using it even in small areas if you want good steam I wish I would have ordered a different one. The steamer has completely stopped working! No steam coming from this stupid thing at all. Purchased in late Dec. so I can't return it! BS

I have a small apartment so this is perfect, it’s not big and bulky and it cleans tuff messes easily.

Light and ease of use. I love it because all you do is add water with the fill cup and bam you got heat then start cleaning pretty much all flat floor surface except carpet. I add a few drops off essential oil with my water so it can get the house smelling fresh as i mop. When your through you not only have steam clean floor but also a fresh smelling home. You get two clean clothes with velcor but i found that one doesn't clearly touch all of the flooring so i just attach both and it does a much better job. Also i recommend that you hand wash the cleaning clothes because i felt as though the washer might be to harsh and the velcor attachmen8 might get loose and then come about . Hope this review helps. Oh yeah the cord is extra log well to me it was because i live in a rancher. Take care..
