I used these self-adhering letters/numbers to apply my identifications to the back of my SUV. As a member of local Search & Rescue, I wanted to be more easily identified. These adhere well and have even lasted through snow/ice storms. 👍

These were used for a somewhat textured helmet and held well. Gave it the professional look I was looking for. You have to let it sit for a day in warm temperature for it to adhere to textured surfaces and will hold up well.

I'd recommend looking closely at the images in case you need multiple of each letter/number. Some of them have two, some three. They're easy to peel off and apply, the challenge I had was getting them perfectly level as they bend/twist easily while applying. I think a thicker material without as much flex would make application much easier.

I ordered a brand-new, beautiful plastic mailbox for my new home. It has a smoothed area just for numbers, so I did a very minimal amount of searching and was satisfied with the description of these numbers.Unfortunately, they do not adhere well at all to my plastic mailbox. I'm sure they'd work fabulously on smooth metal, but since my mailbox is slippery plastic, they stick, but they aren't sticking well. It's been a few weeks and a few of my letters are lifting on the edges and one is almost half-way lifted. I knew I was in trouble as soon as I tried to apply the letters and I could slide them around. And before I finish, I will say that I tried prepping the surface by cleaning and swiping with alcohol wipes first.I do wish that the numbers and letters were equi-distant apart. Cutting required a little bit of precision and trying to carefully avoid trimming the neighboring numbers.
