I love this chair. Years ago I had two and someone stole them. I like that both ends ratchet up and down. People who get frustrated with them just don't know how to use them properly. You must fold the end that you want to adjust back to the middle and then slowly bring it to where you want it to stay. You cannot adjust it further once you stop. You must get out of the chair and do it again. Think of it as exercise. I want both ends of my chair to adjust and so many loungers don't allow the foot end to go up. I'll buy these forever because they are not hot to sit in, they are light to move around and if you use them right, they last for many years. If you sit on the foot end and fall down ..you are just a dummy :)

Product arrived on time and was used once on the beach, on a second trip to the beach i was not able to unfold it and also the fabric looks like it was used for a long time. Bad or defective product. Try to return it today but Amazon send me to the seller webpage and they have a policy of 30 days for returns. It’s a beach chair. Just was able to try it once. This is an update of my previous review. The company contacted me regarding this product and they offered to send me another beach chair or a refund no matter it was past the 30 days period.So, if you buy from them, you can be sure they are going to help you with whatever problem you may have. Excellent customer service.

Product is nice and light weight/easy to transport, but this also makes it feel flimsy. The mesh fabric got stretched out/saggy after 2 uses even though I am over 100 pounds under the weight limit. The chair also stopped unfolding all the way after 3 uses, so now only unfolds to sitting up at 90degrees. I am unable to return it on Amazon supposedly because seller won’t allow it.

I had purchased 2 of these chairs for me and my sister because we love going to the beach and it was the color that got my attention.These chairs were not built strong at all and I gave mine to my daughter for her backyard. My sister's chair broke on the beach yesterday as the material pulled away from the chair and she fell backward honestly (as funny as she looked) it could have been bad. We threw it away as we left the beach. I should have taken a picture to show, but it really was not worth the money. I trust the reviews of others and I hope this helps you not to choose this brand! Wish I could have sent them back for a full refund as I HATE wasting my well earned $

I am a 40 year old female. 5'3, 145 lbs.This chair is lightweight. However, you pay the price with comfort. The extremely thin fabric stretches down and my body is against the metal frame. When I try to lay on my stomach, the chair is not sturdy to the ground. I have to put my weight evenly on this chair at the same time so that it doesnt flip on its side. Think of trying to get on a plastic water float without flipping over. Not steady

It looked nice at first, but after a couple uses I became very disappointed. The lounge is very flimsy, the back regularly gets stuck in the up position and won't lay flat. The back is crooked unless it is in the flat position. It is already starting to rust and I've only had it for a for a few weeks and I store it in a covered location. I bought one from Walmart for less than half the price and it lasted about 8 years. At this rate this one isn't going to even last 8 weeks.
