Searched up & down for a durable, rather inexpensive foot bridge and happened upon this one. Thought it might be too short for crossing over my “rock garden” but made it work with a few rearrangements. Easy to assemble and took less than an hour.Looks pretty good and will eventually stain it.

I needed this for my mom so she doesn’t have to walk in the road to get her mail!! The ditch behind her mailbox is almost a 5’ jump. The bridge needed to be 6’ but this fit perfectly across her ditch!! Putting it together wasn’t difficult. I’ll update in about a year with how it has held up! For the price and what I wanted this was an excellent buy. It supports up to 400lbs and the wood is treated. The appearance is very nice!! Now the rails… one day I’ll read everything. I expected them to be taller but that’s MY fault!! It’s definitely cute but I need sturdy so I’ll keep yall posted!! Mom loves it by the way!!

You get what you pay for pretty much says it all. Easy to assemble. Wood was split and lack of quality control was evident the moment I opened the box. It has been in the Florida sun for a week and some of the rails have already faded. You are going to need a wrench or ratchet for proper assemble. An allen wrench is included but you will not be able to tighten it properly with only this tool.It does hold my 150 pounds without issue. I thought but spending a little more this bridge would show better quality. It didn't.

The bridge arrived promptly and in good condition. Construction instructions are adequate but could be better. Parts fit together well. Took about an hour to put together (likely faster if you are skilled in such things). Seems to be high quality and was apparently unfazed by two adults standing on it simultaneously. I am very pleased with the product so far.(I did not rate the "waterproof" criteria. There has not been enough time to evaluate this attribute but the bridge looks waterproof.).

I purchased this because it was on sale, so I figured why not? Completed, it is pretty sturdy and handled my weight just fine (210 pounds). Building it was pretty straight forward following the directions, just take your time. I noticed some people complaining about the holes lining up. I found that if I played around with where the brace was underneath, each had their own correct position. This would have been nice if this was called out or identified somewhere, but really added maybe 10 minutes, if that to the build time. There was a slight chip in the wood, but it was barely noticeable. Since it was so cheap, I wasn't going to bother returning it. I just used a furniture pen on it.My biggest complaint is I wish there wasn't such a gap on the sides of the middle piece. It doesn't match the spacing of the rest of the panels.Overall, I would definitely purchase again.

Yes it's short, that's well described in dimensions. But it's perfect for an unobtrusive option in gardens over small crossings. We used this to span the runoff in our goat paddock. My toddler AND my goats all love it. Adults up to 250lb have stepped across no problem, a little flex in the design but no cracking. Great price and so so cute, it would be awesome in a garden with a water feature or over a faux garden drainage ditch lined with rocks.

Good bridge. Pros: All the pieces and parts were there with nothing cracked or broken; Above average instructions with good text and drawings (a plus up for mentioning looking through the box before tossing out...and tossing out the bag of screws, nuts, and bolts/a plus down for not listing any tools for the nuts and bolts...I used a crescent wrench and a ratchet with a 14mm socket); The parts fit and go together quite well Cons: Several chips and splinters, I agree with other reviewers that the finish, while looking good, will not last (it's not a true stain, will pop off in places, and washes off). I incorporated the following suggestions from other reviewers: I washed and wiped down all of the wood parts in the back yard wearing disposable gloves (no "brown hand"); I positioned the rail screw holes toward the inside of the bridge and drilled pilot holes to prevent cracking (I used a 3/32 inch bit). One thing I did, that I don't remember seeing in a review, was to install the center deck board as the very last step (gave me access to the bolts, especially the center bolts, from above so that I could make adjustments from above with the bridge flat on a level concrete patio. This includes making sure that the bridge didn't rock and aligning the posts so that they were vertical. The bolt holes have "play" which allows for movement of the pieces - useful for the final alignment). I should note that after the final tightening of the center bolts, the center board was about 1/8 inch too long to fit so I sanded a little off of each edge until it fit, keeping the screw holes in line with the screws that came installed (I also drilled pilot holes for the center board screws). While this bridge can be quickly built, I took my time because I was having fun. I put most parts together using a couple of saw horses with final tightening on the patio. When the finish washes off (and I'm sure it will), I will refinish the bridge with a quality stain or exterior paint.
