Finally, a nice little table. BUT…of the 4 nuts on the bottom of the table, 3 were painted over. There is no mention of hardware size in the instructions. We had to order a tap, M8 x 1.25, to clear the holes of paint, so the double ended screws could be inserted. Some barely made it, when we got to the last one, we decided to purchase 16 pieces of hardware that were longer. So, it took 2 days to complete the assembly. If you want the table, save yourself the hassle and order the tap and longer hardware with your table. It is cute, we added our mini table top fire pit.

Looks great, but was a pain to assemble. Threads on table top for studs had paint in them, so hard to get studs started. Screws for side pieces should be longer. Not much room for nut after washers added. Hex in screw tops were a little smaller for Allen wrench provided (or standard one). Had to hammer wrench in each one.

Happy it arrived a day early, and it was before noon when the sun is beating down so I was able at 18lbs to slide it into the house, down 5 steps and out to the patio where it was going to be. Yes, it was a good price, it was packed well and in good condition in spite of a hole in the box. Easy to identify the parts. From there it went downhill. A little cloth bag tied with a red ribbon held a plastic bag with the assorted washers, bolts, and tools. And so the challenge began with no step by step directions, just pictures with tiny tiny print to hint at what went where in which order. There are 4 legs and the side pieces in the picture below the table each have 4 holes the screws go through and like the legs each screw has to have a flat metal washer, a slightly raised ring and then the nut/bolt. The ring took up some space of the screw so that it became even more challenging to have space to screw the bolt/nut on. Very tedious and time consuming especially when the screws which did not line up well with the table/leg pieces kept falling out while I attempted to line up the other pieces and screw the nut/bolt on. Clearly a case of you get what you pay for. The price was right for us, and maybe someone with more skill at putting stuff togehter would find it easier than I did. It's another case of packing it up and getting it somewhere to ship back being too much effort and energy so we're keeping it. ALso anxious to have it as the new umbrella we got would not fit through the old table and stand, so this will do the trick. WIthout an umbrella up we can't take my mom who is in hospice and bedbound with dementia outside. This product needs a few tweeks that could be easily dealt with. Oh...and one more thing...the screw and washers etc are mostly on the "inside of the table leg....but the screw HEAD is on the outside and visible. You'd think they might have made/painted them black to match the table instead of them being bright and shiny silver in your face.

So many spring washer !!! If I'd used them as shown the screws wouldn't be long enough. Also the decorative leg spanners don't fit flush with the table legs, but you can't see that unless you look under the table. All in all I like the table very much, it's exactly what I wanted to fit the area I have for a table.

This is a workhorse of a little table. I just love it. This is my city one on a balcony. I’ve had another one for quite a while in another house that I use both inside and outside. Assembly is a bit tedious but not difficult, though having two people helps. My 4 cousins put this one together for me and it took them about half an hour. It’s a lot of hardware, but that’s what makes it so sturdy. My other one took longer when I did it with no help.
