This the second batch of chair we have ordered we like the chairs. They are very comfortable. Putting them together is another story not easy.

I wanted a set of glider chairs for my porch. These were delivered promptly and ready for assembly. All the parts were clearly marked but the instructions were difficult for me to follow. Had help from my sister and brother in law or the parts would still be boxed. One of the bars had the holes drilled on the top instead of on the side. Still was able to assemble and the finished product is comfortable and has a nice glide. Gave 4 stars since the difficulty in putting together and the hole misplacement.

Works great on our screened in porch and looks good. Very comfortable to sit in and glide. Instructions could be more detailed, for example how tight to make the screws so it glides well. If not gliding smoothly or 'bumps', it's probably due to the screws not being tight enough. My husband put them together by himself but an extra pair of hands helps. Liked the set so much, brought a second set for a seating area for 4. Good quality at a great price.

[UPDATED REVIEW - JANUARY 6TH 2024]Terrible product - Not only for the reason listed below, but for the engineering. The bolts simply do not stay in place, even with lock washers. The hard plastic bushings that come with the chairs didn't last more than a month before they were ground down by the motion. Bolts have broken, nuts regularly come off, and it's noisy.I bought THREE sets of these in two separate orders, and all three are awful. The company refunded me for one, but that doesn't make up for the fact that all six of the chairs stink. The tables are great, but the chairs, not so much. I don't intend to ever buy an Outsunny product again.[ORIGINAL REVIEW]Decent quality furniture, but I'm a little baffled why the nuts/bolts that go where the moving parts are didn't come with lock washers. We bought three sets of these in two different orders. Three of the chairs had the nuts come off the moving parts when people were seated in them.If someone's (e.g., my granddaughter who is here often) foot would have been under the suspended part of the chair when the nut came off, their foot would have been seriously injured with the entire weight of the person in the chair coming down on it.I had to retighten the nuts on all six chairs. Now I have to go buy lock washers to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Nice size chairs; however, they came with NO instructions. I had to go online and search for the instructions, and they weren’t that great. But, my nephew-in-law was able to get everything put together fairly easily after that, and I love the set. The chair is nice and wide so very comfortable as a result.

Assembly was easy because I set up a table for the sheet of parts, nuts, bolts, AND only opened each a tiny bit only as I needed them. I did use a battery drill with a nut driver gently to spin tight the nuts. It went smooth even though some part labels are hard to read on the drawings. Notice quickly that every bolt gets 2 washers, etc., early on really helped me get going on the assembly. QUALITY? Well they do squeak a little when rocking. The rocking forward/backward is minimal distance so more like a little bit and not a long stroke forward and back...that part disappoints but not enough to return. They look good and are nice enough for us. We do not sit for long time so cannot speak for those who might use for an hour or more at a time.
