Just finally installed sink. It ran for 30 seconds!?!? And then broke. I’m completely astonished and never experienced anything like this in my life. Total garbage and no way to contact seller.

The sink was easy enough to install once I finished adjusting the hole the previous sink was installed into.The faucet hose is already starting to fray at the bottom, which I dont love given the age of the whole thing(in use less than two months). The faucet could also probably be a bit shorter to prevent water from spraying out over the sides when its being used and the bottom of the basin could afford to be angled a little more to allow for better water flow to the drain but I wouldnt say this is a bad sink. Its just…fine.

The faucet hook up is in metric measurements - you will have an extremely difficult time (impossible for us) finding the right hook ups if you are in the US. Do yourself a favor and buy another product that is meant for use in America.If you live somewhere that uses the metric system I’m sure this product is fine. It seems well made.

The sink is heavy stainless and the faucet has two sprayer settings. You will need a 3/8 adapter for the waterlines. The X drain channels in the bottom really help with drainage.

This sink was a great buy. All of the accessories that came with it for the price are amazing. I get complements about it every time someone comes into the kitchen.

UPDATE: I changed the rating to 5 stars solely because of their customer service. I wasn't 100% happy with my purchase because of a supply line threading issue (see below original post). But the company stood by their product and offered a high level of customer service. They offered a full refund or a partial refund to apply toward the purchase of another faucet. I took the partial refund because the sink quality is fantastic so I am happy to keep it. I will get another faucet and I am 100% happy with their efforts to resolve the issue. Not many companies provide this level of Customer Service anymore, so kudos to them.ORIGINAL POST: Sink is good quality for what you are paying. Looks good, was easy to install (except supply-and brackets could be sturdier), and includes a faucet, drain, and soap jar. However - get ready for some foreign manufacturer "throw whatever in the box and send it out" aggravation.The faucet comes with special braided supply lines that plug into the faucet. You cannot use other lines as these are made for the faucet. Good luck connecting them to an existing supply valve - and good luck finding a replacement supply valve if that is your desire. These hoses need to connect to either a 1/2" Brass thread connection - or a 5/8" Compression thread connection. The MAJORITY of sink shut-off valves in the USA have 3/8" compression connections. Want to replace your valves? I went to 4 stores (H, L, and A big boxers) and found shut off valves with ONLY 3/8" or 1/4" compression fittings.I understand there are different standards around the world - but they should include the lines that are meant for the Country they are shipping to -- OR don't make a proprietary hose connection into the faucet!

I purchased this item for my son and his wife. It is installed and looks fantastic. Easy to install though we did use a handyman because we also ordered a new disposal.
