Bought two beginning of year worked great bought a third one and three of the nozzles are damaged so can't use. Tried contacting seller but no word yet!

The pipe is missing in the box. Not usable without the pipe.Please help me to get that pipe.

The metal extension is life saver, have used one before without metal extension and it melted after couple of use
