Easy to assemble and good quality. Comes with 4 bolts to anchor into concrete, but i secured mine to deck. Drilled hole in base even with deck board seam and put 1/4” lag bolts. Rigid enough that wind wont make it bang against railing.Easy to assemble. We got 2 last year and purchased two more recently. Only took 15 minutes each for assembly. I used my own tools but includes a throw away wrench.Last years are showing rust on bolts, but still stable and outside all year w no cover.

Nice piece but one bottom bracket was welded incorrectly and the screw holes wouldn't align correctly. My husband ended drilling more holes to make it work.
