I have used this on all my foster puppies and it worked well. For some reason my new puppy is not fazed by it.

There's a reason why it's 1/4 the price of the other products. It's doesn't work at all. Have been trying to stop my puppy from chewing up the puppy pads. The other bitter apple product does the job but this is either completely ignored or actually liked by him and he rips them apart like there's no product there. You might as well use water this doesn't do a thing to actually stop them.

I used it and my Doberman puppy still chewed on everything I sprayed it on she actually liked the taste.

This stuff really works! I wasn’t sure what to expect but I started spraying it on the things my dog was tearing up and he stopped. He was a puppy at the time so I don’t have to use it anymore but i definitely recommend this for a puppy who chews things up. It’s not priced bad and seems to last forever. The smell is like cherry so it smells good but says bitter taste!

This is my baby, she is a Black Lab, love her with all of my heart. As. New dog mom, she ate all of my Rubbermaid Tupperware, ate my blanket, wires, (luckily not from my Dyson) 😂 and so many more things I cannot even name before I realized this was a dog thing. Lol. The same day I bought a hallway runner rug, she chewed the corners completely off. I decided to buy this spray because I had tried the apple bitter spray and it did not really work as much so I decided to try a new flavor and this is what I will continue to buy. I know dogs will always have the feel to bite, and though she has gotten better, doesn’t matter which bone, animal horn, or toy I buy, she still sometimes likes to get into things she’s not supposed to. The number one thing this has worked wonders with is I constantly spray some of this better spray inside of the trashcan after we toss any trash. Since she loves to get in there to try to get scraps while cleaning my kitchen after meals, the bitter spray has helped tremendously, and as she loves to play with plastic, which is a really horrible, choking hazard, spraying the bitter spray into my trash bag has helped tremendously even when I have a lid on, said trashcan. Now I have even grabbed a rag and have put the bitter spray on the handles which is where she normally pulls the lid to get it off and discover new toys in the trashcan. I would definitely recommend this to anybody. I have been using this spray since, she was four months old and is now nine months old approaching 10 .Update: Daisy is now a year and 4 months old. (Sleeping on second photo). She is stringer and more curious as well. She continues to love chewing and is what many would call those aggressive chewers. I continue to use this cherry bitter spray and have not had any chewing whatsoever on anything that it is sprayed on. I started patch testing on some wires as I also have a baby cat and hilariously, he hates the taste as well. I grabbed a clean cloth, sprayed the bitter spray on in(generously) and wiped the wire entirely and let it dry. I noticed neither animals id paying attention to the wires i treated. A plus is also, for me personally this is a good training tool as well. As i was teaching her to not eat outside stuff during a walk, i did spray some into a more discreet and portable little bottle and sprayed things as we went along and she is getting the hang of (floor stuff is yucky)Still recommend this for what its intended but just know this is also working for me as a further training tool.

Dog really dislikes it, so much so he runs away when he sees me get the bottle out.

Hi I'm literally paraphrasing someone else review because its exactly what i think!"Hi, I'm the dog. My master bought this for me a couple of days ago. It tastes soooo good! Especially on furnitures and wires! Now I no longer have to ask my dog brother for what to chew. Just follow the smell and I always chew the best value for the buck item in the house! My master even rewarded me with a full load of spray directly on my mouth! OMG THAT WAS TASTY!So while I'm chewing on the keyboard, I might as well write a review to express my gratitude. I usually don't write reviews but this is just too tasty to pass.Luv uDog

We bought THREE different "chew stop" products including this one (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00A2BSZZY - Bitter Cherry) and two others. None of them had any noticeable effect except to lighten our wallets. We did make the mistake of getting some overspray on our kitchen counter top that found it's way onto some gummy bears that flopped out of the bag... My wife wasn't at all happy about that!As for deterring our 9 month frenchie... no dice. If it had worked, this Bitter Cherry was the least expensive of all the items we tried. The other products were: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01I2A6MPG (Bitter lemon because we have observed our French Bulldog to avoid biting lemons that fall from our tree) - no help. And https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0841LVD57 - Bitter Apple spray. We didn't really expect this to work because Zeus has been munching on green apples that fall from our neighbors apple trees for quite a long time.In short: it will likely repel humans adequately, but like many other reviews have noted, doesn't seem to help at all with dogs.HOW WE TESTED IT:Zeus, our Frenchie, discovered that while he could not rip apart the top surfaces of his dog bed, he COULD flip it over and shred the bottom fabric. So, I sprayed copious amounts of each of these substances on each of three corners of the bottom of the bed... and even on one of the top surfaces where he "suckles" to soothe himself. There was absolutely no change in behavior. I even repeated the application of all three areas with the same products to the point where all were quite damp. No change.I also tried spraying each of the three products on rags to the point where half the rag was quite damp... Zeus cheerfully chewed and tugged on the damp part of each rag. I saw no change in behavior at all... except for me... I touched my mouth with a finger that had touched the bitter lemon and ... well YUCK - it was like chewing on aspirin. Finally I tried spraying corners of the amazon box these 3 products came in. Zeus loves to shred boxes. The spray(s) might as well be liver pate... no behavior changes at all despite licking, and biting of the various treated surfaces. In short, none of the sprays worked in any discernable way at all. I'm going to try my experiments again, but I don't expect any difference. On the plus side, only the bitter Lemon smelled unpleasant - and only mildly so due to its "chemical" aroma. The others were pleasant smelling and I saw no change to the surfaces they were sprayed on.

My puppy was obsessed with shoes! Every morning I'd go on a search for my shoes and end up pulling them out of his kennel. It was a constant fight and he was young enough that scolding wasn't working and the shoes were too interesting for redirection to be effective. This bottle is massive considering I used it for 2-3 weeks before the habit had been kicked. My dog doesn't have a huge chew drive so it may take longer for motivated dogs but the bitter spray (and unfortunately I can tell you from personal experience that it is VERY BITTER) definitely works.A friend of mine had a 3 year old bottle that I tried initially and it was not as bitter (once again unfortunately from personal experience as well as doggy experience) and did not deter him from his shoe fetish. The new bottle worked immediately so age of spray is definitely a factor. Finally the spray smells delicious!
