This is an awful product. My husband is in construction and said they were useless and would not help at all if we had an earthquake to secure our hutch. The first time he pulled on one of the straps it tore through. The straps are such poor quality. He said the inconvenience to return them was not worth his time. We are off to Home Depot!

Double them up like it shows. Easy to install, holds stronger if doubled and very safe. They aren't as expensive as others and adhere to our display case very easily.

It would have been nice to have had the choice of color as white would have blended into my decor better than black. Also, the screws need to be longer.

I love this product and have used for years to secure furniture to the walls. This set comes with screws that are too short and barely reached our studs though. I had to replace with longer screws that I purchased separately and then it worked great. Not my favorite when you have to purchase something external to use a product so I give this 3 stars. No instructions included either so if you haven't used before, I recommend a different brand.

I’m sure these are fine for most applications, and we have installed them in our sons room. But, vs other straps, you can tell the velcro isn’t going to hold under extreme pressure. So if it’s just as an added precaution, these are good, but if it’s a very heavy piece of furniture you need to strap, I’d buy quake hold.

The velcro strips that were in the package all had rough sides, which meant that they didn’t really attach to each other and create a strong grip, such as when you have a rough side and soft/fuzzy side. I’m not sure if that was intentional or if it was a packaging mistake, but it resulted in a half useful product, thus the 2 star rating.

After researching several comparable products we selected this option because the package offered everything we needed to secure 2 music library cabinets to the wall for added support. You would be surprised how unstable a taller, typically "short-in-depth" cabinet filled with the work of hundreds of your favourite artists can become.
