I love the fan, worked well...but the legs on the base broke after just 4 months, very disappointing 😞

Purchased this item and the next day it broke at the base. I received a replacement and the same thing happened again. The legs brake very easily. I will never buy this fan again

Although I haven't gotten a chance to use this fan very much; it seems like it will be OK. It has nice features and is quite adjustable. Quite a bit to assemble, but it wasn't difficult. LOTS of cardboard & packaging. Some parts seem a bit flimsy & cheap, but the fan blades & some plastic pieces don't really need the extra weight for their duty. Moves air well & does what a fan should do. Remote is a nice & handy option; I affixed velcro on it so I could mount it with the base so it doesn't get misplaced.

The base is flimsy. It cracks and snaps easily due to the weight of the fan. I had ordered TWO of these in an order and they both were broken in a matter of less than a week. Now I have to wait for some return tags to come in the mail, go out of my way to send them back in & wait for that to be processed in order to get a refund to get fans that work. Meanwhile we will be without fans in our house because we threw out our old ones for these over priced pieces of absolute trash. The tags still have not gotten to my house and it’s now been 5 days since I called to complain. Fairly certain that I’m going to be completely done with Amazon after this due to how frustrating it is to do returns for their less than sub par products that are incredibly over priced.

This fan works fine. The set up required some work and the fan does not come with great instructions but it puts out really well.

i was a little hesitant to buy yet another amazon fan but i have no regrets. i’m personally a fan sleeper so i want one that will fit all of my needs. it not only adjust up and down, side to side, but also has timers, a remote, and fan strength settings. this makes it so easy to change it in the middle of the night if need be. it is also SO quiet and never causes a noise problem unlike some other fans i’ve previously owned.
