Our cat loves this toy, the feathers more than the ball to be honest. Sometimes the feathers get a little stuck when they shoot out, but it has never deterred our cat from having fun. If it would be possible I would recommend securing it to the ground with double sided tape of sorts. Our cat will sometimes catch the feather and then drag the toy around. It does make some noise but its not obnoxious or overly loud. I like that it turns on at intervals throughout the day to keep our cat engaged. Overall this product is totally worth it and I'm glad I got it.

We ordered one of these for our cats and because they loved it so much, we ordered it for our friends cats, but it didn’t work. The little feathers only popped out one hole, verses rotating around all the other openings. We’re going to reach the company to see if we can return it.

**Updated Review: Fantastic Customer Support Turned Things Around**I initially purchased the **vORSDA 2-in-1 Interactive Toy** with high hopes for my indoor cat, but my first experience was disappointing. The toy wasn’t working as expected—the ball’s movement was inconsistent, the ambush mouse feature stopped functioning after just a few uses, and the feathers didn’t hold up well during play. I was frustrated because it seemed like a great concept but lacked the quality to back it up.Thankfully, I reached out to vORSDA’s customer service, and they completely turned things around. Their team responded quickly and genuinely listened to my concerns. They sent me a replacement unit right away, and the difference was night and day. The new toy works perfectly! The ball moves unpredictably, the ambush mouse feature is reliable and keeps my cat entertained for hours, and the feather attachments are much more durable.The **dual power supply** and **auto on/off timer** features are as convenient as I originally hoped, and I appreciate having the flexibility to use it with batteries or plugged in. My cat is now more active and happy, and it’s great to have a reliable toy that keeps her engaged while I’m busy.While my initial experience wasn’t ideal, the excellent customer support completely changed my perception. vORSDA really stands behind their product, and I couldn’t be happier with the replacement. I have bought a few of these in different colors. They are incredibly captivating and my cats have really enjoyed them. I changed the fluff piece for the first time the other day and while not intuitive, once I read the instructions it was rather easy and my cat loved the replacement fluff. The auto timing is a bit long with regards the interims but the good thing is it works, I just wish I could control this. Battery life is fair but it is worth the price of the batteries as this is the only electronic toy which has continued to work after a year with my cat still interested in it. Sometimes she just watches it so the activity level varies but she us always engaged with this one way or another. Best electronic toy I've owned/purchased. Very easy and light to move to diffetent locations.

I purchased this interactive toy to engage my 15 year old cat in play. He was very curious about it and it kept him interested for quite a while.It looks well made and works well. I like the different speeds and how it shuts off by itself.

This little invention is a great "entertainment system" for cats, however, like most cat toys, they get bored with it pretty quickly. As a week went by, our cat got to the point that he would only sit and watch it, then walk away, (even after hiding it for a day or two.) Of course, as soon as my wife drops a hair band on the floor, he's entertained for hours. Cats... Whatcha gonna do?**UPDATE** I reached out to Orsda via email (toy vendor) and got a response the very next day. They are serious when they say to reach out with any questions or concerns. I let them know our tales of woe with this toy and they immediately sent out a different toy that they made - at no extra cost to me (I chose the 5n1). Needless to say, Maverick (my kitty) LOVES his new toy to the point that he wears himself out. I was very happy with this vendor and will DEFINITELY be ordering one for my friend's cat.

The feathers don’t just pop off like some of the others so my five cats can’t just rip them out and leave with them. Great toy!

This cat "toy" is a perfect cat entertainment machine! My cat is a rescue who had been roaming around the house not just crying but cowling out of boredom and loneliness when I'm sleeping. I felt soo bad for him!! :'(I do need to get another pet for him, but in the meantime I thought I'd try this.Sometimes things that have good reviews don't impress me when I get them (it varies). But this actually really shocked me at how good it is!!My cat has been having an absolute FIELD day with this thing!And it's not just a one time use and then the cat is bored with it type thing. He KEEPS GOING BACK for more!Very durable. The included replacement accessories mean it's going to last for a long time.My cat after a long time using it managed to get one of the feather attachments detached, but it was really easy to just screw it back in, by activating the replacement mode.The instructions for the modes on the bottom of the unit are helpful, although I think it could be just a bit more descriptive. The manual is simple but gets the job done, though.Glad it takes AA batteries because I have a bunch of those as rechargeables. So far been using it for a while and haven't had to replace the batteries.I'm just sooo happy to see Juju (my cat) so thrilled and not crying anymore.He seems to be more cuddly and lovey now that he's MUCH more happy and entertained. There is no price for that. This toy was worth EVERY PENNY, in my book!!!I just need to get him another kitty to play with now, too! In the meantime, this thing was a game changer for my baby kitty! I'm THRILLED and I'm about to go see if this company has any other toys or cat stuff I can check out after I submit this review! LOVE IT!!! And would absolutely buy it again or as a gift for friends/family with cats!
