Im forever cold. Winters in Illinois make me a miserable person. My husband ordered this for me for christmas couple years back and its been my go to jacket ever since. Its thin enough to fit under a winter jacket. The battery pack lasts quite some time. I appreciate that its like a fleece jacket and has 3 heat modes. My husband looked all over trying to find something with more heat zones for me.. the fact that its got the large one on the back and individual breast plate ones as well makes staying warm easy on cold winter days. I recommend this over the leading competitors jackets.

This was a gift for my teen, and she was excited to wear it to stay warm. Nice look and fits good, but our issue is with the battery. We’ve tried several outlets thinking the problem must be there, since the battery is brand new. But to no avail. The battery just won’t charge. She now has an expensive jacket that doesn’t heat. It was a disappointment for sure.

This seems like an amazing jacket. I wanted to charge the battery and try it out but after having the battery "charging" for 24 hours, it is incapable of fully charging. Otherwise, the jacket is a great quality and very comfortable. I hate to return it but will unless the company can replace the battery.

I absolutely love this jacket!It does have a red light/button that pulses while it heats up. Once it heats up, you can select the level of heat by clicking again on the light/button. Blue, White and Red are the different levels of heat. It is very bright but it doesn’t seem to bother me. If anything it caught some attention from people curious about the jacket. The heat flows evenly to the chest and back areas and doesn’t to get to an uncomfortable or scalding heat.I haven’t had an issue with the battery as many have mentioned. When I’m not using the jacket, I do have it on the charger. It does take a while to charge from empty but the charge holds for hours while in use. My suggestion is to make it a habit to plug the battery pack in when not in use. It is easily accessible to remove and plug back into the jacket.The jacket is not super heavy and, by itself without the heater, would not be enough to keep you warm on a freezing night. It’d be great under a jacket shell. However, I wore it on a 19° night. With the heat on I was great and kept me comfortable for the hour I was outside.Hope this helps!
