Sturdy, easy installation. Would be easier with a second set of hands. The shelves are heavy so it helps to have assistance. Also, i recommend beam installation as they are quite heavy. Good value for the price.

I was concerned about the finish of these particle board shelves. I was really happy when I first pulled them out of the box as the top/bottom of the shelves have a nice rustic wood appearance. I quickly realized that the downside is the edge, which is unfortunately the most visible part of the shelf. You can clearly see the layers and it looks like what it is...particle board. We ended up deciding to just use the hardware and get real wood shelves. That being said, the hardware is sturdy and works very well. I like the black finish and just wish the included hooks were also black instead of silver. I'm planning on painting them. I only took one star off for the finishes because it's just me being really picky. They are an excellent value as is at the current price ($35).

I use these in my basement kitchen as it is small with limited storage space. I like the overall size and the amount of items they will hold. The assembly is fairly easy and all necessary hardware is included. I took a star because I ended up using better hardware to safely secure them onto the studs. I would recommend hanging this on studs only as too mush weight could strip it from drywall. I do like the way it looks and it's practical. I've used it for about two months and it's holding up nicely without any issues.

I love these shelves! They're exactly what I needed.Our kitchen is on the small side, so cabinet and countertop storage space is always maxed. Adding shelves is a quick, easy way to alleviate some of the congestion and return some of the joy to cooking.I was pleased right from the beginning, starting with the careful packaging and adequate dunnage to protect the goods.The workmanship, fit and finish are top-notch, from the finish on the particle board shelves to the welding and coating of the metal components. I was particularly impressed by the recommendation and inclusion of the preferred, much beefier, anchors (see photo).All necessary hardware (plus spares) is included, as is a combo Allen wrench/Phillips-head tool, which I found handy for pre-assembly before actual mounting to the wall.Assembly and wall-mounting are straightforward and about as simple as such tasks get. If you've done this sort of thing before, you likely won't even need the instructions. But if you do, they're mostly pictorial and very easy to follow. They even tell you what size drill bit to use to drill the holes in the wall. All of the (sparse) text is in English. A level of some sort is definitely your friend in this project, as is an electric screwdriver for final wall-mounting.I'd give these 6 or 7 stars if I could, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I wanted to use studs to install these shelves but mt boyfriend put them up with the included drywall plugs, they are really stable and have held a lot of weight so far. I'm not worried that these will fall yet. I have al my stock pots on one shelf and my baking stuff on the other they look really nice hanging on the wall. The hanging bars and hooks are very cool and I have used them to hang various bags containing my cookie cutters and other cooking tools and gadgets that would be nice to not have to dig out of a cabinet when needed.

These shelves are perfect for my tiny kitchen. I tried a few others that were inferior (not deep enough, without racks, not as heavy), but this set is so much better. During installation, I used a mix of the included fasteners plus some of my own high quality ones. With the deeper shelves and racks I can fit a lot (I also added some more hooks) and just love these. They also look really nice.

I only received one shelf in my box, not two. They are super heavy, and should ideally be screwed in to wall studs. Otherwise the weight of the shelf coupled with pots and pans would likely bring the shelves down. Easy to follow instructions. All hardware well labeled. Not real wood.
