I turned in the swabs 2 almost 2 months ago and I still don’t have the information back. I have sent a couple of emails asking what the backlog is caused by and no response. I won’t be using them again for my next pup and next litters.

Do not buy this genetic test kit. I followed all the directions properly and then sent it bay so they can get my results. They have no knowledge of my testing kit sent back to them. So I’m out One hundred and some dollars DoNot Buy From This Company!

I have a pack of 5 dogs and as I am having a lot of trouble with my frenchies - two older ones, I wanted to check what might happen or what is the younger one prone to.The test swab is easy to do and instructions are really easy to follow. It is quite interesting that you have different breed tests (although this made me feel a bit dubious as it might indicate typical predispositions).Nice packaging, it’s a well designed test.It does take a while to get the test back but I guess as it’s lab tested it takes a while.Results were interesting and informative for our girl and we found some stuff which we already knew about.I guess time will tell if something develops but we did take a higher pet insurance out just to be safe !

Very simple and easy to use. I love that they have different ones tailored to different breed specifics as each breed is unique. I've only recently sent this off so haven't yet received the results but I'm looking forward to it. I'm not a breeder but wanted to have some history and keep an eye any health issues. Looking forward to receiving results and will update review then.

I got this as I have always been eager to find out what my dog is.Very easy to do the swab and send offTook 3 weeks to get the results and they are so interesting!Not only do they tell you the breed mix, but the parentage, any relatives (if they have been tested through embark) any potential health issues, as well as detailing any traits with specific genetic markers.I specifically didn't add any photos to the profile so there was no cheating, but it's all spot on.They even said he has white and tan fur with black tips, and heavy shedding.Very clever.

It has taken more than two months to get results. The app is very user friendly, but the wait is ridiculous. Is not worth the savings compared to the other brands.
