Good product and good quality. But the numbers on the display are a bit too small to read, and it uses Celsius scale, not Fahrenheit.

I don’t often do AC work but need to on my home equipment when there’s an issue with it. My old gauges were Robinair and the hoses leaked plus I didn’t trust the gauges on 410. I bought the kit and it contained everything that I believe I would ever need for AC maintenance and repair. I’ve used the new kit once and everything worked fine.

Gauges are not easy to read only negative

Received the gauges and the first thing I noticed is that the gauges had shifted in the box they come in and the gauges dented the plastic on the inside. Next thing I noticed was that the knobs were labeled incorrectly. The high knob was labeled low and the low knob was labeled high. The gauges do not come with everything you need for R22. In the instructions it says you need a adapter. Bought a adapter and hooked up the hoses to my ac unit and the hoses leak. Not happy with this purchase. If you can’t even put stickers on the right knobs than how can it be high quality

I purchased this gauge set along with an OMT 3.5cfm 1/4hp vacuum pump as a pair in install my mini split heat pump. I found a small scratch on the tip of the 5/16 to 1/4 adapter, which is required to connect the hose to the mini split service port. They included two of these adapters so I was able to continue using the other adapter. This stopped the seeping which caused the vacuum to leak down after 5-10 mins. I contacted OMT tech support and they seem to think that one of the adapters needs replacing, and they will ship it.Using the other adapter the vacuum quickly reads on the gauge and the needle stays put when I turn off the pump and close the valve.Since the system maintains the vacuum for an extended time after I shut off the pump I think there are no other leaks.
