Installation Steps
1.Place metal hook over shaft.
2.Place rubber gasket over shaft.
3.Insert shaft through hole in clock surface.
4.Place dial plate brass washer over shaft.
5.Attach dail fixing brass hex nut.
6.Gently press hour hand onto shaft at 12:00 position.
7.Gently press minute hand onto shaft at 12:00 position.
8.Press on second hand at 12:00 position.
9.Press on second brass cap.
（If you choose to use the 8-second hand, you do not need to use
the 9-second brass cap and vice versa）
10.Hang up the pendulum.
How to get the right replacement
.Measure the thread and shaft of your old clock mechanism, if the length is shorter or equal to ours, then this clock movement mechanism is suitable for your clock.
We have 4 different shaft length movements

All the parts were there just as advertised. I would caution you that when you are putting the hands on be careful. They are hard to push on, which I understand as you don't want them slipping, but it is very easy to bend the hands, and hard to see if they will collide. So I would suggest turning the clock for a couple of revolutions to make sure the hands have enough separation from each other before putting the clock back together. Other than that it works great and is a good value for the money.

Original item proved defective. Contacted Amazon and received a working replacement within 2 days. This shows good communication between the seller and Amazon. Thanks to everyone involved. The clock is working fine.

I was devastated when a clock I had received from a dear friend's estate broke. This kit, with 3 styles of clock hands to choose from and a "tail wagging mechanism" brought it back to life! I don't have clock fixing experience, but this was easy to install. I smile and think of my friend when I see it keeping time with a happy wag of its tail!

Would not keep time. Second hand keeps stopping. I have tried everything. Brand new Duracell battery. It is worthless!! Now of course, it has been 30 days and I can't return it!!!
