Over the years water pictures have never kept me interested because of the taste. When I came across this brand and then found the Plus I was so happy. I still am. I have been buying these for several months and I'm very picky about the taste of water. I drink this water the pets drink the water and it is fantastic to have a water pitcher that produces a decent tasting water that I don't cringe every time I take a sip. Thank you for that! I will say it's so convenient to be able to fill up a water pitcher or many and have water ready in your home not drinking water bottles that could have been exposed to heat and elements making dangers produce in your water. So happy I found this.

I've been using the Waterdrop pitcher for over a year now (switched from Aquagear) and I absolutely love it. The filter cleans your water quickly, and I love the way my water tastes (taste = no taste :) I also make ice cubes with the water from my pitcher and they are also clean and tasteless.The Waterdrop customer service team is also exceptional - I recently purchased a filter that was growing very slow to drain after one month of use, usually they last three+ months, and Krystal from their CS team was incredibly quick to fix my issue and did so with such kindness and care. Love these pitchers and filters, and now their CS team! Highly recommend.!

I've been using the Waterdrop WD-PF-01A Plus NSF Certified Replacement Filters for my water filter, and so far, I’m pleased with their performance. These filters are designed to provide clean, great-tasting water, and they certainly deliver on that promise! I know we can't away from all metals and contaminants, but this really does help some!The installation process was easy and no tools needed!! Within minutes, I had the filter set up and working, and the difference in water quality was noticeable almost immediately. The taste of the water improved significantly, and I feel confident knowing that the filter is removing harmful contaminants like chlorine, sediment, and other impurities. Note: it does take a while for the water to filter through, so be patient!One of the standout features of this filter is its NSF certification, which gives me peace of mind that the product has been tested and verified by a trusted independent organization. I also noticed a reduction in water odor, which was an added bonus!!! Easy to use just read instructions. Soak it in water for the time given on the instructions and pop it into the water pitcher. Don’t forget to wash your water pitcher regularly. Works well for my coffee maker, my pets only drink purified water. Cuts down on our plastic bottles usage. Just buy some plastic water tumblers instead of regular plastic bottles. Water flow is good. Good value for the money. And doesn’t need to be replaced a million times like some other brands
