Dealing with equipatron has been difficult. Their product description didn't note any restrictions on returns except the 30 day limit. When return attempted they noted item is non-returnable, finally agreed to return if I paid the shipping. Item was exactly as described is the only positive and I kept the item rather than pay return shipping. Takeaways are keep a screenshot of the item description until you are happy with your order, avoid dealing with equipatron, and do not expect any help from Amazon because all they do is put you in a revolving loop of emails and do nothing to help resolve the problem, and in my case that tended to favor the seller.
