Works perfectly and has a lot of range. Easy to assemble and adjust settings. The green powered coating on the tripod is really nice. We have pretty high water pressure so it tends to tip over. Fixed that by setting a weight on the hose directly below the sprinkler. I thought I was getting the brass version but that was my own fault for not paying close enough attention during check out. I will keep this zinc version since it is good quality and works well.

Exactly two years ago I purchased two of these expensive but worthless sprinklers. One of them never worked. It spewed water out in a sloppy stream about 8 feet and half the water gurgled from the head to the ground plus it would not spin. The other one we got going and stupid, stupid me, I did not return the one that did not work - I was so busy that summer I just felt I could get by with the one that worked. I used the good one about a month before it too started gurgling huge amounts of water from the head and stopped spinning. Of course we worked and worked on the adjustments, we added washer and tried everything but could not get it going. We packed them up for the winter and vowed to work on them the following summer. This summer we set them up again and after trying to adjust them we had our plumber take a look at them. He worked on them and got one of them going but the other bad one was a lost cause. As soon as the plumber left the "good" sprinkler quit spinning.😡😭We worked some more but could not get them going ever again. I wasted $90 on both these worthless things and even worse was the frustration we went through. I reached out to the company through the Amazon messaging system but never heard a word from them. I don't know if they received it or just chose to ignore me. I bought a $17 Orbit sprinkler that covers 3,600 feet that waves from side to side and it works perfectly. You have been warned.

I put this Orbit 58308Z TriPod brass Impact Sprinkler to work this morning for the first time. It is an excellent sprinkler and I get good range out of the distance of the water stream. A few adjustments need to be made however. As soon as I turned on my water, the sprinkler tipped over. I ended up getting 3 concrete 'steps' (12"x8"x2" and not very heavy) and used 3 bunji cords to attach the steps to the tripod ... problem solved. The trip pin was working good yesterday but today with the high pressure water that I have, it was knocked all askew and I'm unable to adjust the horizontal distance the sprinkler turns. Not a problem because I only need 360 degrees but kind of annoying that the dang sprinkler broke the first time I used it. I tried to turn the pin to get it straight again but I didn't want to apply too much pressure and end up busting it even more. Kind of ticks me off because I bought the brass unit specifically for reliability and longevity of the sprinkler ... and a .03 cent paper clip turned it to kaka the first day. It is still an excellent sprinkler with excellent range ... easily 45' from the sprinkler --- 90' diameter. I gave it 5 stars, regardless of the paper clip trip pin, because I will get good use out of the 360 degree unit.

This sprinkler works great. I had an Orbit spike mounted sprinkler that was challenging because I have rocky soil so it was hard to anchor and frequently fell on its side while watering. This model solves that problem, sprays farther, and is easier to move around since I don't have to kneel down to secure it. The stand seems very sturdy and stable and well worth the extra $.

This tripod arrangement makes watering the garden a breeze. The parts are all good quality and plenty sturdy. It has stood up to UV from the sun very well over the past year.Adjusting the head is easier that I have seen on some similar sprinklers.Priced better than any of the local big box stores.

Been using this for a month now and it has been great except that one of the screw on the tripod just vanished one day. The tripod did not fall or anything. I tried to check directly with Orbit if they sell replacement screw or if they can tell me what type of screw it is but they did not have any information about this. So I'll have to remove another screw and try to find an identical one.Other than this it has been super functional and convenient. Height is easy to adjust and material seems very sturdy.

I wanted to replace my traditional "Fan style" sprinkler. You know, the one where the water goes up in a fan pattern and goes back and forth. My old one wasn't spraying all of my yard and I was constantly having to move it around to cover everywhere. This unit has definitely done the job. It covers my yard very well and is very sturdy. The legs are adjustable so you can adjust it to different heights if you want to. My only complaint isn't so much about this unit, but more so about impact sprinklers in general. They're a lot more difficult to get the spray and coverage just right. You have to adjust the height, there's a pin the water hits to adjust the spray pattern itself, there's a lever you can move to control how high in the air the spray goes, there are clips you can move to adjust how far back and forth the sprinkler goes, and a level to flip if you just want it to spray 360 degrees rather than a set area. All of this is actually really good to have since you have a lot of customization. It just takes a while to setup right if you need it to spray a certain way. I watched a video Orbit posted on YouTube to see what everything does and how to adjust things. The directions that came with the sprinkler are almost useless if you're new to these types of sprinklers. But the video they have online is VERY easy to follow and does an excellent job of explaining how to make adjustments. It saved me a lot of time and I highly suggest people watch it.

A qualidade é excelente e trabalha bem mesmo com pouca pressão. A rosca nas ligações é rosca americana e não Europeia , mas com um adaptador trabalha maravilhosamente.

Very happy with the function, ideal for my sloping block.The only thing letting this product down is the constriction materials used for the legs. They are corroding away under the paint (not anodized) after 3 months of use. This makes it problematic then trying to adjust the leg length. This is the last thing I would have expected from a sprinkler.
