This item has a perforated place to have access to the floss. I pushed on the perforated area and eventually had to get a nail file to open.A bit of a struggle to open!!

Definitely a must have if you have braces or permanent retainers such as myself. I hate taking time to get floss through threader. These already have the floss reapplied to the threader so you can floss right out the box.

Great idea by making one end a threader. However, the floss shreds which is not so good at removing plaque and food. This is easier than using the separate threader. Little pricey as well.

they are a good tool for my 13 year old son to get food and junk out between his braces/brackets/teeth. Basically its a piece of floss but with a stiff end so you can thread it through the teeth with braces instead of the normal floss motion. I would definitely buy again!

This floss is super great! I really like it, and there’s nothing in comparison in all honesty. I have been wearing braces for a little over a year now and have used only this brand. There really aren’t any other brands that meant for flossing your teeth with braces and this does great and gets the job done. It works very well for threading the floss through each gap in the braces. I really like how one end is stiff, so it makes it easy to “thread the string through the eye needle” (aka my braces lol).I would knock off one star just because the cotton piece doesn’t do too well for cleaning the brackets and it’s too thick to floss in the gums, so I tend to need to use 2 strings in each session, one for the top teeth and one for the bottom, which makes me go through the box twice as face. Also, if the string gets stuck on one of the hooks, it will split and get mangled very easily, causing you to need to get another string.Overall, great product, I will keep purchasing this until I get my braces off!
