I am a Certified Balanced Body Pilates teacher and bought these for use in my mat classes. Everyone loves them so much that when I plan a class without them they ask to use them. Why do they love these balls? The balls are softer than most massage balls so students have said that they get into tight spots better, they are textures so they stimulate the feet and they help to prevent cramping during class. Some of the exercises that I do provide similar benefits as reformer footwork. If you buy them for your class, ask people to wear Toesox to prevent the spread of fungus etc.

This product was suggested by my husband's physical therapist after he worked with their myofascial release ball, that was exactly this one. We ordered this & it arrived fast, too. He has pain in his hip that this really helped not only that but makes his back feel good too. However, like anything you buy it really matters if you use it often to have some relief. We would suggest this myofascial release ball to others that need relief from pain or stiffness, it does work. We're grateful this product is offered for people to buy other than just physical therapists.

These balls are great to use on areas of the body that are sore after a workout.

They are a little pricey, but worth it. Amazing for lymphatic drainage/stretching workouts

So, I’m doing PT for my right foot - excruciating tendinitis. PT + home exercises are working so well, and to keep the benefits I use these balls as instructed when watching my nightly movie. Very helpful for the pain that manages to accumulate during the day. Big thumbs up.

We use these Franklin balls in our Pilates classes. After several sessions of exercising or feet, ankles, and toes, the range of motion and flexibility in my toes has improved. Having inherited my grandfather’s feet, they’ve never been very nice looking. Then in the last few years the 2nd and 3rd toes have been curling due to arthritis. Using the Franklin balls once or twice a week is making my toes noticeably straighter. I bought the balls so I can do the exercises at home and give one to my son, who is a runner, and can benefit from them as well.

It’s not an exaggeration to say these have been life changing. I’m indebted to my Pilates instructor for recommending these for stretching/massaging and strengthening my feet. I’ve had many issues with my feet over the years, and near daily use (early in the morning) of these for only a few weeks has changed how I move and exercise. They’ve also just increased my awareness of my feet which has been so beneficial. Very grateful.

This was recommended by our Pilates teacher for our online sessions, a good bit of kit. I didn’t get the inflater thingy and suspect I won’t need to - our teacher has never had to reinflate these massage balls.

I bought these, sort of in a whim, and toted them out to a riding lesson. I never came home with them because my horse trainer kept them to use for herself and other clients too! 😂 They are painful, uncomfortable and can occasionally make you want to cry (all while the horse wonders what the heck it is you're doing up there), but when you take them out ... magic. Whatever they do in loosening up that muscle/fascia/tendons is amazing and always leads to a great ride.
