These BD-RE/25gb are pretty good. Cheap and they work. Now if only 100 and 125gb blu-rays will come down in price.

These brand of BD is great and totally inexpensive. So far I have no issues with these discs, I'm using them to do backup of my personal data and they are working fine.I check other brands and the relation cost benefit in Quantum is the best by far, we all know that verbatim is great, but I take my chances and guess what, if they were in the same price tag, I still get these discs over Verbatim because Quantum BD-RE and BD-R are working fine for me for over year and a half so I definitively will keep buying this brand.

I've purchased this spindle (of 10 media) from Amazon around 9 days ago.I was wanting to purchase some BD-RE media 25GB that would be good / cheap. This has fitted my needs & pocket as well.I've been using Ritek DVD+RW (8x) that I'd also purchased from Amazon.com about 2 years ago till now but 4.7 GB now seems too less.I got this product earlier today & immediately used it on my PC in Nero 12 Platinum. Worked perfect / OK.I am placing order for 1 or 2 more spindles shortly. Thanks for the good work & please keep it up in future as well. -- Viraf P Chinoy

When I burnt the first few disk's the data went on them with no problem at all. I have heard people complaining about large capacity disks not burning the data correctly. I have had absolutely no data corruption with these disks.I like the fact that they are very large in storage capacity.. The packing was great when the disk's arrived. easy to open and packed well.I have only gotten around to using two of these disk's as of yet because they are suck large capacity. They are just GREAT !I recommend this company's disk's to anyone looking for affordable large capacity disks. Great company Great buy !

These are my first Blu-Ray Disc run through my Panasonic BD . There were no hiccups with the first disc and a complete system mirror image took just a few minutes. So far I have not experienced any of the problems other reviewers have commented on with the name brand expensive counterpart disc. No read/write errors or compatibility problems between the drive and the disc. I am totally sold on this brand.

I bought these re-writable discs to burn my home movies prior to making a final disc and even after multiple writes, they have performed great and are playable on my Sony bluray player as well as PS3. The price now might be lower than when I bought them. Would definitely recommend them.

I have a digstor Blu Ray Writer that plays and records blu rays. Unfortunately the speed is slow and takes a long time to record. They have faster Blu Ray Writers out there but you are rather limited if you have only 2.0 ports on your computer. The good thing about rewrite is that you can reuse these over 100 times. The bad thing with rewrite discs is the record speed is slower. For small projects these are great but for movies you need a faster writer. Another good thing about these it will record up to 25 GB of info so you can record two full movies on these. I recorded the old Avengers series and recorded 5 hours I believe off my old VHS.

Update: having just started using a new Blu-ray drive, I discovered that the older drive mentioned below likely is incompatible with these disks. Although rated in the owner's manual to write BD-RE disks at 2x, the drive actually writes at 2.3x. The extra speed may be the cause of the problems I note below. I speculate that repeated writes at the wrong speed may accumulate damage on the disk that leads to the failure. The new drive reports and writes the disks at an actual 2x. Thus far, all writes on the new drive have verified successfully. This does not address the longevity question, however, which will take time and use of these disks on the new drive. My advice is, note the speed the burning software states it will use. If you select 2x and the software overrides with a speed greater than 2x, or if you select "max speed" and the drive chooses a speed faster than 2x, it is highly likely that the disk drive is incompatible with these disks. I cannot say if this is the fault of the disks or the drive, or both. It is disappointing after 20+ years of optical media development that such incompatibilities can happen.I've used a few of these disks with an LG internal Blu-Ray drive, and tested reading them with a Blu-Ray player. I've now had them sufficiently long to have encountered several failures after fewer than 10 rewrites. I reduced the rating to 2 stars because of this. That said, if the write is successful, the disks work well on both my computer and blu-ray player. If your disk writing software offers a "verify write" feature, I recommend using it with all disks.

I ordered these as a test to test out my new bluray burner and see if it can make system restore disks easily and well using these lower price bluray disks, and it was a success.I used Cyberlink's Power2Go 8 software which in a few easy clicks can create an entire system restore on bluray disk. The software used 1 blank 25gb disk as opposed to several DVD-R discs normally needed. The process went well and it verified the data correctly and I even did a test and restored the entire system back to a blank SSD drive and it went perfect without any errors. So since that is all i use bluray's for presently this brand fills my needs with excellent results.I do recommend them, and you can also print beautiful labels onto them using a direct to disc printer like the epson series.
