I have worked with many of these types of charts and brands. Some are just so expensive its incredible. Most don't use even all the features of this one let alone "name brands". So why pay that kind of money.I added a monitor off amazon and have my own inexpensive mounts. This unit and functions are well done. I also like that if a Tech or another dr looses or breaks a remote I can replace it right off amazon as well. Easy customer service.

The Elite Digital Visual Acuity System is an excellent product. It offers comprehensive testing features, randomize/mirror functions, and is compatible with any TV or monitor—no PC needed. The setup was a breeze, truly plug-and-play, and the HD quality up to 4K is impressive. Customer support was outstanding, quickly responding to my special requests. I highly recommend this system!

Purchased same product with a cheap TV from Veatch last year at like $1500.00; so guess was ripped off. This at $550.00 and an HP monitor I already had (at probably $150.00) , made it half the price and I like this one better as it doesn't show the 20/10 line together with the other lines ( which slows the refraction on patient's reporting that they "can't see the bottom line" and generates needless dialog. Buy Reichert , Acuity Pro , and others and waste 3 or 4 grand!!
