Works Ana’s looked great. Had to have a shop wiring them up. Do not install them on your truck. Install them on the running boards themselves. You need angle boards with a flat surface. Round ones will not work. You can install them on your truck below the door. I just did not want them mounted on the truck. Drilling and putting screws required for a good secure fit.

Over 6 months and the quality and appearance is still amazing (very bright). Had a issue with the control box this week and contact customer service over at opt7. The responds was fast and professional on getting my issue resolved. Shout out to Ben k. @OPT7

Installed on my truck that I use to plow my driveway. Bright lights and excellent strobe patterns for my application. I had some questions after the sale, customer service addressed them immediately. Great company to work with.

I really like these lights. They are very bright & the frame is very sturdy. My challenge is the I have big fingers and the buttons on the remote are just too small. I did reach out to the seller, who was very quick to respond. Unfortunately they don’t make a separate toggle switched option that could be installed in the dash like other companies do. They said the only option was to buy a manual control box from a 3rd party seller, but they wouldn’t tell me who or what model. Unfortunately, the only other option they have is controlled from a cell phone app. Using a cell phone while driving is illegal in my state.Since there are no wiring diagrams on their controller box, I can’t even make my own. It’s a real shame. As for the product, if you are good using the small remote that comes with the product, it really is a bright & well built light.Update: Whatever you do, don’t hook the lights to anything but the stock controller box. They step down the amperage for the light bars through the control box, so direct wiring the bars burns out the circuit in the bars. I know because I burned mine out by accident. Oh well, not the manufacturer’s fault. Don’t get left with a pile of worthless parts like I did, use their controller only.

This is my second set of these lights. The brain is the problem. Compared to how good the light bar is made the brain is very cheap. Couldn’t function the bars and burnt out a whole side on the first set. Replaced and received wrong order. A month later and I am unhappy to say the second set is installed after much damage taking off the first set and now they randomly turn on in the middle of the night only not day time and light up the whole neighborhood making everyone upset. Don’t know what to do as removing these strips destroys them entirely and don’t believe another brain will be of any higher quality. Will likely have to add an additional hard wired switch to ensure they don’t accidentally turn on at night or while I am driving. Terrible product. Very damaging. Much more reliable for MUCH cheaper. The improved look from more leds isn’t that much better as they never all light up at once. They are counting the leds in the white and yellows combined and they are NEVER on at the same time so it is clever marketing and a total lie. Don’t bother with anything from opt7 until they improve the way they manufacturing or at least are securing the wiring inside the brain that controls the system. I should have known from the screws they included I. Their rock lights that aren’t stainless and rusted after one rain that the opt7 products are all designed to look good on paper and no one is actively testing them. Also they keep blocking my lower reviews from being posted so…… maybe this one will get through.

Bought these for my GMC Canyon, Easy to install. Make sure you tape up the quick connect clips or graft them in. The strobes are bright. The turn lights are so bright they light up the the cars next to you! You will get visibility no doubt. I like these so much I bought 2 more sets for my wife and daughter's cars. This is a great product. No disappointments here.
