Worked perfect to convert a 4-pin plug in our e-Bike carrier into a 7-pin outlet on our vehicle hitch harness.

Works like it should and is well built for the money you spend. It fits tight in the socket with no side to side or up and down wiggle. All lights on trailer work. Would definitely recommend.

So you know: This will NOT allow your 4 prong standard tow plug receiver vehicle to control TRAILER BREAKS! This just allows you to hook up to a trailer with this style of plug and access the functions you normally have: Break lights, both blinkers, and driving lights. You can still haul a trailer with it but dont be hauling something massive thinking your gonna stop it with just your car breaks you need a 7 prong tow package on the vehicle, either stock or aftermarket. Quality adapter though, worth the money if your utility trailer has the 7 prong plug and total your hauling under 4000 lbs including trailer, but I wouldn't dare haul a big camper, car hauler, things like that without trailer breaks. *IN SHORT THIS WONT MAKE YOUR CAR ABLE TO ACTIVATE TRAILER BREAKS*!
